Boot Barn

I visited tonight because I was looking for a work boot with no liner. Just after I walked in Chris asked me if I needed help and went on to show me the work boot selection and was a great help. This is an excellent store for work and western wear.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection, especially for boots which is unsurprising. The fitting rooms are convenient.

This location at 6600 Menaul Blvd NE went above and beyond regarding service. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me and I live in Colorado. Thank you for helping me out in a pinch! Roman A. Hubbard

I’ve shopped in SEVERAL boot barns all across OK & Texas but this location is by far the WORST. I’d like to thank an employee by name she was the only one who greeted me asked me if I needed help showed me around true definition of southern hospitality!! Thank you Lisa she had a great attitude and it sure did stick out like a sore thumb apart from the other girls who were standing around being rude with a stank face. Looking at the reviews it’s no surprise everyone else has encountered issues at this location but i applause Lisa for helping me I had a very smooth shopping experience I didn’t have to be there any longer than i wanted to be in there for

I ordered a Carhartt sweater, which unfortunately came damaged. Wendy helped me out and ordered me a new one. The customer service was excellent!

Fine store all around. Has a lot more than just Boots. Located at Coronado Mall with some of the best in town shopping. Expensive but worth it. Parking seems to be a issue since it's a mall and not convenient. Customers need to stop parking in handicap parking or Cheesecake online parking as I witnessed. Check it out folks for yourself

Purchased a pair of boots and clothing. I was happy that I was able to shop comfortably. I didn’t need any help finding anything. It was very nice that no one bothered me while I shopped.

Boot abarn is my gotofor work boots. If you can't find it at Boot Barn then they may not make it (Lol). From boots to cloths they should have everything you need.

Got me some boots for the first time .. Didn't know were to start , the staff was friendly and very helpful. Helped me pick out a nice pair of boots for work. So far I love my boot. Thank you

The customer service here is amazing! They have alot of product and the prices are good. But the customer service made the difference. They were fun and spunky.

Looking for a pair of boots. The website advised they had the boots in stock and while looking for them at the store it was difficult to go through the inventory. I located a pair of boots I believed were them and they were missing a tag. An employee went out if his way to help me and identify of the boots were correct. He was a great help.

Cashier was courteous and nice.

Went a few weeks ago and Robyn provided excellent customer service. They didn't have my size in stock and she was more than happy to call one of the other stores that did and have it transferred. Didn't receive a call when it came in but when I went in today she recognized me right away and went and grabbed it from the back. Everyone is always so friendly and quick to greet customers and offer assistance.

Almost always has the boot inserts that I need. The friendly and helpful staff are pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely love Boot Barn this place is my favorite to go shopping recently went to go get two ariet jackets customer service is really great they're around asking if you need help for sizes always smiling they always say thank you and you're welcome there's a few customers that are not good but they always keep a smile thank you

Good place to find a great pair of work boots and also good work close like my favorite carthart brand prices are reasonable. They also have all types of nice western wear for those of you who dress in western clothing this is the place for you

Trevor helped me shape my grandfather's hat. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He really made my day. They have a great selection of western wear I browsed while Trevor saved my deceased grandfather's hat.

Great place and friendly staff. You will find items online at a great price that you can't find in the store. Happy shopping.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. Plenty of variety from small kids to full size adults. Construction wear is also available here.
