Dunkin'

I frequent here alot, and it's always a good start to my day. Even if it's the last cup of coffee before my second shift of the day, the staff will remember to prompt me for extra espresso when I forget. Definitely a pickup to my day every time.

I am a regular using the drive through ordering an ice coffee with quite a few ingredients in it. If I happen to forget one, They recognize my voice And remind me about the Ingredient that I have missed. I have always found them to be very Friendly And helpful.

This is a really good new place in Wapun. The treats that we got were very tasty. The coffee was great. Especially impressive was the cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms. On top of all that, it's a treat to get served by smiling friendly staff!

I see that Dunkin Donuts had a lot of one-stars. My experience was good. My order was quick, right, and fast! I usually get a regular grilled cheese, but u tried the pesto, cheese, and tomato on sourdough bread. Yummy 😋

Spot on with the "suprise me" free donut! Stopped for a iced pumpkin swirl and got a glazed pumpkin donut! Loved it 🍩!

First time customer in this area. Food was good, fresh and eating area were clean and stocked. Staff was friendly.

Reviews seem to be mixed for this Dunkin' but I have stopped here once per week for the last month and have always had a positive experience. The person taking the order has always been friendly and had a smile. The orders have always been fast. No complaints.

I am writing a new review. The last 10 times I have visited this Duncan location, the service and accuracy of the drinks I have ordered has been spot on. I will come back as a regular for sure if the service and quality stays this way..

Dunkin Donuts with always be my favorite coffee shop in the area but the waupun location takes the gold home everytime. Thier fast and friendly service will have anyone coming back everyday. They have never got one of my orders wrong and everything has always tasted amazing. Definitely need more friendly people like they have at this location in this world. Keep up the good work ladies and gents 🙌

I order from this location almost everyday, I can't get through a day without a strawberry dragonfruit coconut refresher!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Shaunaugh and Kyle ROCK! The new store is beautiful too.

Every time I come to Waupun, I have to stop! I used to live in town and have always loved the smiling faces and great service from this location! They make my order perfect every time! Keep up the great work guys!

The girl at the register wasn't very customer friendly...but my son & I met a very nice girl back there named Shawna. She was very polite!!! She talked to my son & loved his costume. Then gave him a FREE donut. Ohhh thank you so much for changing my mind about the place. I am not a fan of stuck up people especially people behind a counter serving customer so thank you Shawna. We need more people like you in that line of work.

I love going to this Dunkin always fast and friendly even if I don’t go for weeks at a time Shauna and Kyle always know what I want when I start placing my order Shauna always finishes it for me..

I love this Dunkin! The employees and managers are so amazing, I’m always excited to stop, not just for the great coffee, but also to see some of my favorite people!

Coffee drink options are great, as well as the variety of donuts. Will definitely plan on trying some hot menu items for my next visit. There were some issues with wait time, however it was because of the new registers not loading, so I will not blame that on the staff. Definitely worth the prices asked for all items

Very good customer service. Had a mix up with an online order for a group and they very quickly helped resolve it for me and got it going right away. Was very much appreciated!
