I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Ryland Benally worked with my insurance company, and finally got it covered. I had filed two claims prior to this one, which were denied. I would have given up, but he didn’t! He works hard for his customers, and so does his crew! They were all courteous, respectful of me, and my home, and got the job done beautifully, in one day! I can’t imagine there is a better bunch of people to work with in all of New Mexico!

Franklin and the Custom Construction Solutions team did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were quick to provide us with a competitive quote, did the install of a new TPO roof with lots of skylights, drains and canales on schedule, and left everything clean and tidy. Plus, the communications throughout the project were excellent. Lastly, even though a supplier caused minor damage to one of the parapets, Custom Construction Solutions fixed the issue in no time!

From the start of my mother filing an insurance claim to have her roof looked at, we’ve had nothing but problems with the original insurance hired third party inspector who brought along his own contractor. When we were unpleasantly told that we could hire our own contractor, we contacted Custom Construction Solutions. From the beginning, Franklin has been honest with us about the entire process, provided us with estimates, and helped us fight the insurance company all the way to the state level. While this has been a year long, drawn-out process on the insurance side, Franklin has helped us fight it every step of the way to ensure that my mother was fully reimbursed. The crew who installed the roof was also great and came inside to clean anything that fell through while installing the skylights. I would happily use Franklin and Custom Construction Solutions again for any roofing issues.

SeveraI homes in & around my neighborhood had roofs repaired. Failing miserably in initiating a claim, I contacted Orlando Montañez @ Custom Construction. He responded immediately, came by the next day, explained the process, assured me he'd help facilitate communication with insurance and inspected/documented the condition of my roof. When I was ready to file a claim, he was there to provide technical information and was also present when the inspector was sent to assess damage. True to his word, Orlando was there from start to finish. Thx to his expertise, patience, diligence, and assistance, my home has a beautiful new roof!

The Custom Construction team was a breeze to work with! I called someone to take a look at my roof following a home inspection, and everything was pretty easy after that. I filed a claim with insurance, got that approved, and Custom Construction handled the rest. They communicated with my insurance adjuster for logistics and got me scheduled. They dropped off materials the day before install and showed up at 6 am the next morning to get started. They completed the whole job in one day and took their time to clean up when they were done. They used a leaf blower, picked up trash by hand, swept , and inspected the ground for stray debris and nails. They even checked with both of my neighbors to make sure that nothing had fallen into their yards. Everyone I communicated with was polite and friendly. They took time to provide me all the information I needed but didn't interrupt my day. I highly recommend Custom Construction Solutions if you are looking for a roofing contractor!
