After talking to 4 different realtors we decided on Kimball realty. Knowing nothing about them but a trusted friends recommendation and meeting them was our start. There are many reasons this was a great decision but here are a few, to me the most important thing about selling our home and buying is communication. They are EXTREMELY fast in response to us in calling us back or answering questions, this is very important to us, new house on the market comes up we call them and they set a appointment for us to go see it immediately. They are always early for any appointment and even though they had other clients I always felt like we were their priority. They are honest and realistic and do not overpromise anything. I would not hesitate using their services again in the future and would recommend them over any big box realtors in the area. Last thing, don’t even get me started about the house warming gift of the limited edition Kimball realtors coffee mugs!!!

Kimball Realtors did a great job selling our house in Sauk County! They did research before meeting with us, finding comps and coming up with a plan. They also provided us with practical no-nonsense advice when touring our house, telling us what should be fixed/painted/etc. We talked about creating a plan to sell the house, and making sure the photographs were just right for the listing. They did a great job with the negotiations to get us a good selling price as well as a good buying price for our new home!! They also helped out during closing, arranging for professionals to come and do the required work from the inspection. I'd highly recommend Kimball Realtors.

The themes of their reviews are the same as mine, but would add that you actually feel they really, really care to make things happen for you. They are as honest as the day is long-which is a real asset in today's world. They actually work hard in many different ways for their commissions and you, as seller, feel just fine about that when you close the deal.

Kimball realty was a huge help to us when we needed a new home due to a house fire we had in another town near us.
