I had a video call with a vet, because my dog ​​was still licking his paws, and very kindly the vet helped me understand what was wrong with my dog! Excellent app. I didn't have to leave my house!

I liked how easily I got to video chat with a vet. My camera unfortunately doesn't work properly but I was able to send videos and photos from my gallery. Very user-friendly!

KwikVet made caring for my dog easy and painless. A vet came to the house with an assistant, did a check of my dog’s wound, and was able to prescribe meds that healed her right up. The after care was great, too! Thanks!

First I would like to say I never used their services and I think this is an amazing idea. Having access to a vet 24/7 is priceless in emergency times.
My issue is the way customer services responds to people in these reviews. Granted I didn’t read each one of them but just the few I read I was appalled with the inhuman/heartless responses. How can you tell someone: it’s your fault you didn’t properly read the Google result? When someone is having a dying animal in his/her hand begging for help. Sorry but if I am in an emergency and I see an address I would more likely do the same.
What you do is amazing. Don’t destroy your great work with these kind of responses!

NOT A CLINIC AT THIS ADDRESS. I paid for the teleconsultation and started a chat. After explaining our dog’s symptoms there was no response. I video called and got a hold of someone who was driving a car. The vet hadn’t looked at the symptoms. So I explained again. Then he just told us to go to a vet. Good advice. So we’re at the (actual) vet now. Which is what we would have done anyway. Kwikvet added no value and does not exist at this address. Not worth your time.
