P Street Vet is the best vet I've ever had. The doctor is always happy to answer questions, or emergency inquiries, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I don't think any other vet can ever compete. I'm very happy we chose P Street for our dog!

Dr. Teferi is kind, thorough and reliable. I’ve taken my senior dog to him for the past couple of years. He is very open to goals of care and quality of life conversation. Highly recommended.

My dog cracked one of his incisors and needed an updated vaccine. P Street Vet got us in and we’re very good with my dog. They were calm, kind, and efficient while not making anything seemed rush. I will be bringing my dog back here (hopefully only for routine care!) and recommending them to friends.

Dr. T and his team are so passionate about their work and it shows in their treatment of my little 🐾 paw baby! They cared for her like it was their pet 🤗 not to mention they’re not trying to break my pockets, so happy to have made this switch years ago!

Dr T goes above and beyond for his clients. He provided excellent care to Romeo (my corgi) during an emergency GI issue, working both before and after business hours to make sure Romeo received the best care. So happy we found Dr T!

P Street Pet Practices has friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I trust them with my cat's health and appreciate their affordable pricing. My cat is usually a terror at the vet, but they are so gentle that he's never had an incident with them. Their office is conveniently located and easy to access. Although I'm a relatively new client and they're in the middle of DC, they make me feel like I'm back at my small town neighborhood vet in all the best ways. Everyone working here is very kind and always take very good care of our pup. Our dog is actually excited when she realizes she's visiting the vet! Dr. T is great and always responds to our emails with questions when we have them. Clean offices and we're always seen almost immediately.

We needed a new vet in DC and after seeing all of the recommendations/good reviews for P Street, took our cat there. It was efficient and easy to book an appointment, and Dr. T was very gentle with our cat! Great experience.

I love this place my friend recommended after taking my baby girl to District Vet; no comparison to P Street Pet Practice is incredible veterinarian/doctor TEFERI is amazing! They are very friendly, responsive and considerate. They respond very promptly to all requests and treated my baby girl DUA like valued patients. They even checked up on my baby after a visit to ensure she was doing well. The doctor Teferi and the whole staff are so friendly and they were very caring for my baby girl DUA. They understand that she is my little princess 👑Thank you so so much for all you do Doctor Teferi because is very obvious that you don’t do it just for money is joyful to watch you how much passion and involvement you have in my babies health. -In my last clinic visits they were pushing things that were not even necessary for my baby to get just so they can make a dollar extra typical American lol 🙈 - Thank goodness I found P Street Pet Practice. P Street Pet Practice is extremely professional, quick, and friendly when I take my mini dachshund, Bailey, in. Dr. Teferi is clearly extremely knowledgeable about each breed of dog and attentive to individual pet needs. I’m never worried when I drop my dog off to him and the other staff at P Street Pet Practice. They’re great at communication and always update me throughout my dog’s appointment. Something I really appreciate is that they let me know beforehand approximately what I’ll be paying and break down the costs line by line. I’m so happy my dog has a great vet that I can trust to provide the best care for him!

The vet was terrific! I was pet sitting for a friend and her dog wasn't feeling well. She emailed P Street Pet Practice and they suggested I bring the puppy over. They were open until 7p so I was able to make it over there after work. The vet was expecting us and immediately received the puppy to check her out. I waited in the car (Covid-19) and they were ready with a diagnosis and antibiotics shortly. They billed my friend directly and took down my number so they could call me the next day and see how the puppy was doing. Really lovely experience!

So thankful for P Street Pet Practice! I had to bring my dog in on an emergency visit and they were able to accommodate me even though they had a full schedule. They took such good care of my dog and called me throughout the day to let me know how he was doing. I was really nervous but they were very comforting and their confidence was reassuring. They went above and beyond to help my dog. Highly recommend!
