Tire Warehouse

Went to tire warehouse last night because tire kept losing air! They were able to get me in quick! Both the workers were extremely nice and helpful! They fixed the problem! And even looked at the other tires to make sure they were good also! They have new management working there. Was a breath of fresh air to have someone listen to what was going on and not try to charge an arm and leg! Definitely going back for the valentines week special!

I had heard nothing but bad things but they are close so I went in hesitantly and was I wonderfully surprised! Karl was amazing! I so appreciated his help and patience while trying to figure out the best tire for vehicle and got me in quickly. He made sure I was happy and was so knowledgeable it made my comfort with purchasing tires much better . If this is the new guy running this, you can bet I'll be back as well as making sure everyone knows to go there.

My husband and I walked into Tire Warehouse completely frazzled and confused. We had mistakingly gone elsewhere to get tires and our gas mileage started plummeting and our car was making weird noises. Thank goodness for Karl and his partner in Tires. They swooped in and figured out our problems and worked with us completely. It was so easy and I felt very secure having my truck worked on there. The 30% veteran discount is absolutely nothing to shake a stick at either! I full recommend Tire Warehouse for your tire or brake needs!

I'd never stopped here before but the tires on my ancient garden trailer finally expired. The guys at Tire Warehouse had the tires in stock and had the job done before I got back from the pharmacy. The tires were very affordable and will outlast me. This was an excellent experience.

I called at 830 AM to have a tire swap. They got me right in. I arrived and had a tire swap done immediately. Very personable and professional. Great service. Highly recommend.

The team at Tire Warehouse are great, they managed to squeeze me in at real short notice and did such a great job. I got talking with the staff and felt at ease and very comfortable, which is great because I'm British and definitely from out of town. Excellent customer service, offered me some excellent technical advice on snow tires and studs, and also had a laugh and a joke with me. I will only use Tire Warehouse for my tires and rims from now on. Awesome service, 5 stars! The only gripe I have is that in the UK it's spelt 'Tyre', you need to change that ;-)

I went on a Saturday to get a valve stem repaired. The technician was friendly, helpful, and honest. When I arrived my tire was on my trunk, he came to my vehicle to retrieve the tire and when I came to pick it up, he gladly volunteered to place it on my car, and not in the trunk. Thank you!

Though short handed staff was quick to get my tires mounted on new rims and preformed an alignment and oil change as well that wasn’t scheduled. Team do a great job

Very very friendly and helpful. Checked a tire for leaking and swapped to my spare. Really made my kids day as well with display in the showroom. Def. Recommend.

appointment scheduled online and confirmed via email but upon arrival (about 15 minutes early) at the Randolph, VT location, they did not have record of my appointment ... really??!! Fortunately, they were able to get my car in prior to their next scheduled appointment for which I am grateful but WHY are online appointment not forwarded to the service location?? My review would be much different if I had been unable to get the service done as scheduled online as I had carved a half hour into my schedule for this appointment and would not have been able to wait ... I would have left angry I'm sure!

Twice I have needed to go to Tire Warehouse in Randolph in an emergency, both times they have had me back on the road in record time. A few weeks ago, I needed a non emergent oil change and the service was fast and excellent. I so appreciate having access to this service in a rural setting.

Thanks to the guys at Tire Warehouse my weekend wasn't a complete fail! I woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire. I had things to do before heading to Boston for a family thing so the spare wasn't going to work. The place I bought the tires from couldn't get me in until next week. I called Tire Warehouse and even though they were fully booked, they were able to get my tire patched! They were super nice and sent me on my way, no charge. I will be buying my next tires there.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Last weekend I was headed to Burlington on my own from CT and my tire blew out. I tried to call AAA but had no service so I called 911 but got disconnected when they tried to call AAA. This was not the start to my long weekend that I wanted but it ended up being an experience I will never forget due to the kindness of strangers. First, a good Samaritan Justin went above and beyond help me get back on the road with a donut. He even found Tire Warehouse and called ahead to let them know I was coming. When I arrived, the guys were waiting outside and took my car in immediately. They were super friendly, fair and quick! I was back on the road in no time flat (pun intended). I would highly recommend Tire Warehouse and I appreciate all the help I received along the way to make sure I was safe.
