Great service and excellent food.

We just had dinner here for the first time. It was a nice surprise.

We started with the loaded potato skins. Crispy skin strips with lots of cheese and bacon. Very good.

For mains, one of us had the pork schnitzel and the other had the Marsala. Also very good.

For dessert we shared the warm snickerdoodle with vanilla ice cream. Buttery-rich but not hyper-sweet. Really excellent.

We will be back

1st time there for Dinner today. Got there before it got busy :-)
Greeted promptly, service was GREAT. Appetizer-Potato Skins were very good, sliced thin and plenty of toppings, (could use a bit more Sour Cream)
Both entrees were excellent, Chicken Masala & Pork Schnitzel, mashed potatoes & sauted veggies that came with them were Excellent. Snickerdoodle with Ice Cream was a great ending. Took a piece of Raspberry Cheesecake home as I was very full from our meal.
Mandy is a very attentive waitress and very pleasant.
We will definitely be going back and taking friends and family with us

I’m not sure if I can explain how amazing the i I I can’t explain it good food🤤 the service was outstanding👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👌👌 and the staff and people in General had such a positive attitude and well being humble crew! I loved everything about the forge and I’m definitely coming back Friday or Saturday!

Great food, atmosphere, and service! We went during live music but there is another dining area for a more quiet atmosphere as well if that’s what you’re looking for. Servers were very friendly and personal, the place is very warm and inviting, and the food was delicious!

Yummy food, basic American fare. Cozy, welcoming environment, friendly staff, and fair prices. Definitely needed in this area, I hope they stay for a long time.

This was surprisingly pretty good. We got there right at 4pm, when they first opened, so nobody was really there. I got the chicken schnitzel and my wife got the butternut squash ravioli. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and will be back!

OMG !! The food and the staff are amazing. You need to eat here now. Delicious ribeye and fish and chip. The chef has talent for sure. Stephanie was an amazing waitress . We will be back for sure.

I was extremely impressed by the food and service. My wife ordered fish and I ordered the steak. We both enjoyed our dishes and the flavor on the steak was really good. The twice baked potato was one of the best I ever had. We shared dessert and it was also very good. The waitress and bartender were very pleasant. I will definitely go back.

Only suggestion is that the TV`s in the bar area should be on and adding some more décor to the walls with a "Forge" theme would make it feel more cozy.

Pleasantly surprised by this place, which I didn’t know existed. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed, a band was getting ready to perform, which was also a surprise. The food was good. The chef recommended the scallop entree, and said the scallops were very fresh and never frozen. Indeed, we got an enormous portion, with huge scallops that were done perfectly. Really enjoyed it. The band was good too. The place was loud, but as I was leaving the restaurant, I noticed other tables in a quieter area. Looking forward to going again.

My family and I have been to the Forge twice now. Both experiences have been phenomenal. Amazing service, great atmosphere, and the most delicious food in town.

Will be going weekly.

Open late which is a blessing, great atmosphere, involved owner who hires super staff and cook (I'm currently eating butternut squash ravioli with a creamy cranberry nutty sauce that is perfect for fall), Fast internet, fun bar, good pool table. The front dining room is a little more formal and quiet - easy place to talk. The back half is bar, pool table, and a mix of high and low top tables. Both halves feature cozy, roaring pellet stoves! Outdoor tables in summer top it off. Great place. So glad to have it, a big plus for Randolph and a great stopping place as it's right in the middle of multiple ski areas.

Wow! Everything was spectacular! Fresh salad with house made dressings. Perfectly seasoned steak and shrimp. House made ranch was so great. Burger was fantastic, cooked to perfection. Homemade pumpkin cheesecake was divine. Even the decaf coffee was great! Service was spot on and super friendly. Free pool table! What a great experience!

Came here summer 2022 and had the garlic scallops. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Back spring of 2023 and it was just as great. Would drive 2hrs just to eat here.

Portions are large which is rare, the atmosphere is inviting, two large pool tables, a wide variety of delicious drafts and the icing on the cake was the phenomenal service. I have been twice now and although the food was amazing, it is the service that has me coming back. This woman was not only singlehandedly running the floor, but she had atleast 8 tables last night! She made sure we were taken care of and she made us feel welcome. I have not felt this way about other restaurants in the area.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent! The owner and staff (shout out to Babs) were kind, accommodating, and friendly.
The wings were killer (so freakin perfectly crispy) as well as the scallops! Wow.

Highly recommend if you're in the area. It's a bonus that they stay open late serving food in comparison to other places in the area!

We had a small family and friends (25) lunch gathering at The Forge with food ordered ahead of time and served buffet style. Very reasonable price for winter salad, wraps, chips, mac and cheese, coffee and dessert. The guests thought the food was great. Our server met our every need. We would use The Forge again for an event.

Do not be dissuaded by the location. Truly a gem not to be missed. If you’re really lucky Babs will be your server and friend. We ate there two nights in a row and if we lived in the area it would be our go to place. I had the garlic seasoned scallops with bacon mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies on the first night and the scallops over linguine the second. Both were excellent and yes, I like scallops.

Edit 4/22: We've been back a couple times since my initial review. The staff at The Forge has done a great job getting their operation up to speed. The wait staff is very attentive, the orders are accurate and the food is very good. At this time I can recommend, without hesitation, that you check this place out.

We checked this place out for the first time this evening. It was fairly apparent that they're a new operation and are working to get things streamlined. The staff was quick to correct a couple errors in the orders and on the check.

We got a couple starters, a salad and a couple entrees. Portion sizes ranged from slightly below average to adequate.

The food itself was good. The wonton pork rolls were very creative. Entrees were also good.

I look forward to going back and checking out The Forge again in the future. They're doing fairly well for having been open a week, and I'm hopeful that they'll continue to smooth out the operation and be successful.

Blown away by the quality of our meal tonight. All dishes from apps to dessert were very well
prepared and delicious. Our server Pierre was terrific, chef Ben came by to say hi, just a wonderful evening out. Will definitely return.
