Got right in on a busy Easter weekend for a huge, great BLT with potato salad.
Aside from the good food… the light-up menus were great too!

I really liked this spot … was surprised to pay $16 for a cocktail (chocolate martini) though. I thought that was a bit high.

One of the best places to eat. We stopped for lunch and found that the food was incredibly good. We got a crab cake sandwich and crab dip. The crab cake wasn't overly filled with filling like you would find other places doing and the crab dip wasn't overwhelming sweet. Highly recommend both of these dishes.
The atmosphere is both restaurant and sports bar which is not unusual for this area but it isn't obnoxiously loud. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
I would/will absolutely go back and will highly recommend that everyone stop in to grab a meal and watch some sports on the many tvs set up.

Here again and another Monday. Summer house has new owners the Derricksons and they ah e done an amazing job keeping the charm yet updating the space. My Monday burger was perfect and the options for sides are fries, onion rings or salad. I went the healthy choice to do with my lemon meringue martini! Anna was my server very professional and did a great job. I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and I will be back

Allison was our server tonight and she was great. Monday is a burger special which offers beef, turkey, salmon or tuna and it is $8. You get fries and some substitutions are free. We added an orange crush which they do very well also only $8 each. My burger was medium rare instead of rare but still moist and delicious😀

When I visit Rehoboth beach I LOVE stopping here. The food is ALWAYS tasty and plentiful. I love the bright, upbeat, and friendly atmosphere.

Jacob W. was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food when my husband asked questions plus he was very attentive and patient with Mom. Jacob was also training a VERY sweet, kind and friendly young lady. Jacob was kind, patient and attentive with his training. He gave lots of praise and positive feedback; speaks to his wonderful nature.

I would HIGHLY recommend coming here to experien the food and atmosphere, you will NOT be disappointed. The portions are plentiful, pricing is within reason and you can't go wrong with the beachy feel!

Our waitress was amazing. We have been here twice and will defiantly come back many more times. The whole restaurant was packed and even had to stop seating people. Our waitress still made sure our drinks were full and our food came out hot and super fresh. Strongly recommend this place, I do wish I could remember who our waitress was

Summer House has amazing drinks and the BEST Lemon Meringue martinis! Great friendly service and Candace is an awesome bartender! Highly recommend.

Easily one of the more impressive restaurants on the main Rehoboth strip. The waiter was very attentive, great friendly attitude, quick to serve and help in any way. The food did not take long at all to come out. The appetizers were absolutely wonderful and our large party of 7 left feeling full, satisfied, and impressed at the overall service we received. The lighting and mood were perfect. Has a large bar with plenty of seating, multiple tvs. Great place for bar crawling or in my case, birthday celebrations! The rockfish was amazing, as was the burger. Burger options are customizable upon request. *WIFEY APPROVED FRIES*

Good times, we got seating at the bar. It was entertaining and friendly.. Had a couple of the classics and they did not disappoint. Flavorful and seasoned just right. The menus are fun to use and the new S&P grinders are a nice touch. Glad Summer House is back.!

Summerhouse is one of our favorite places to eat. We had their Tuesday night prime rib special and the serving was enough for 2 meals for me. Food and service is great. We are older so the noise is loud to us but it is still worth going to.

Just went in for a drink at the bar. The service was great even though the bar was full. Drinks were made perfectly. They also had cool back-lit menus.

Over the years we always enjoyed the Summer House many times. Now, with the new ownership and the makeover looks great. From the fancy illuminated menus to the special drinks and of course we can not forget 2 of our favorite bar tenders Jimmy and Heather (Nalu as well)!!! This beautiful drink is a Chocolate Espresso Martini. The food is great. If you like chicken pot pie you will love this one!!!

Every food item was delicious. Fried clam strips, burgers, po' boys, salmon, crab cakes, and sides. Everyone in our party was completely satisfied with everything from beverages and food to service. Lovely atmosphere.

Loved every part about this place! Unreal happy hour prices, 6$ oysters, and it’s totally clean; nothing was an eye sore! Great management and look forward to making my way back! 10/10!

This was our first time back since new owner took over. We were very impressed with the service,food and it was the Tuesday special (prime rib) . Everything was perfectly prepared and flavorful and excellent value for Rehoboth. We will be back😊
Two return visits and never disappointed excellent food and service each time. Tonight we dined outside on new patio. Very pleasant and my appetizer of seared acallops were delicious,tender in a scrumptious sauce and stuffed flounder for entrée. Would definitely recommend this restaurant 👌

Do you want my honest opinion? It was my first time visiting rehoboth and I didn’t know what to expect. This restaurant has the best cocktails, best service and not to mention best food. I am so pleased with this establishment and I will definitely be back here again. Give Maddie a raise! Such a doll!

Service was friendly and on point. Very reasonably priced. Food was brilliant and just what we needed after a 9 hour drive. Staff was very personable and ready to chat. Loved it.

Loved this place. Went for Monday burger special. Excellent burger with onion rings, really nice server, pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Summer House has always been a great place to go but something has changed to bring it to the next level. Had a fantastic meal here with friends who were visiting from out of town. There was something for everyone. Our server was really nice, fast, and knowledgeable. I like the atmosphere. It is definitely a more lively place which is great. We sat on the dining room side and still had a great conversation and didn’t feel like I was in the middle of a bar. Great place for anyone.

Very lively atmosphere with a DJ when we had dinner Friday night (off-season). A first for me: Huge back-lit menus, they look digital but are back-lit and make reading the menu amazing. Huge selection of appetizers, salads, burgers, and entrées. The price is really fair. The appetizers and stuffed flounder were HOT and delicious! I highly recommend eating here! A+++
