The Dunes Rehoboth Beach

The Dunes is a wonderful motel. I have stayed here twice. It is clean , comfortable, convenient and the staff is so nice!
The office even provides snacks and coffee!

Having its own parking lot is a bonus!

Will stay here again.

Such wonderful owners. Good value for money. Very clean. Nice snacks and coffee and tea and fruit throughout the day. Dog friendly.The owners and receptionist were so kind. Somehow, they found out it was my birthday and without anyone prompting them, they delivered 3 little bottles of champagne and glasses to our room! It made my day. The location is good. It is walkable to restaurants and bars and the beach.

Total bang for your buck - clean rooms, quiet area, kind and quick service. Wasn’t expecting such a nice place, but we were pleasantly surprised. Worth staying overnight or for two day stay.

We stayed here for labor day weekend. This place was surprisingly nice for a motel! I was not expecting hard wood floors. it smelled very clean when we got in and the room was incredibly clean. The motel cleans and remakes your bed every day so that was really nice. Motels usually just provide the basics, but this place had an iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, wash cloths, towels, etc. This place is probably the best motel in town (they are brand new, just opened this year!), so I would stay here again. It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and other bars and restaurants so we walked everywhere which was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you need a last minute place to stay, I would recommend this place!

This Gem of a Motel/hotel by far was a breathe a fresh air to my hubby and our little mid week getaway!! We walked into the pet friendly Lobby it was immaculate with wonderful welcome refreshments and snacks, coffee. These friendly folks are really working hard here to make your stay wonderful and they did just that. Our room was inviting fresh and modern with everything you could need !! Very comfortable beds, amenities and very very clean!! The beach access is only .40 of a mile away about a 10 minute walk to Cullen street where u can walk right onto what seems like a private beach!! Just what we needed!! The Front desk directed us to this location, what a great spot !! Don't think twice this place is awesome and we look forward to comin back! Also if you like walking the Rehoboth beach boardwalk is only a mile in a half walk from this Hotel!!

My husband and I had a two night, weekend stay. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. All the staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating. It is pet friendly and conveniently located in walking distance to Dewey and a short distance to Rehoboth Ave.

This was our first time staying and it was only for one night. But we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Dunes at Rehoboth. The staff was friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and they provided a very nice coffee and snack collection. The room was clean, seemed newly renovated with a comfortable bed and we loved it was pet friendly, which was necessary. We didn’t find it exceptionally noisy even though it was close to Coastal Highway. We walked the half mile into Dewey for dinner and drinks so the location was great. We always stay in Dewey and found this place by chance when we decided we would arrive a day earlier than our long weekend reservation elsewhere. It was a good find and we would stay here again!

Nice location, just 10-15 mins walk to Dewey beach, Dewey main street area with lots of bars, restaurants. Clean room, nice front desk staff. Large parking lot. Reasonable price.

Everyone at the office was friendly and kind and quite helpful. A bit of road noise but that’s not a shock since it is quite close to the road. I came during the off-season of early May so noise wasn’t an issue. I don’t have a dog but it seems everyone else does so if you do, this is a dog-friendly place. Loved my room, there was a table and chairs inside and a fridge/microwave combo. Some free snacks are in the office, and there’s a tea/coffee machine!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Can’t beat the price for only being 7 minutes away from the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

The staff at The Dunes was super personable and professional, making us feel very welcomed from the minute we arrived. Walking into our room, it was cool and smelled fresh and clean. And it was very clean! The rooms are on the small side but we didn’t feel like it was uncomfortably small one bit. We had an infant with us, which added to our needs in staying away from home, and we weren’t lacking in any way staying at The Dunes. Also, it didn’t bother us being located along the main highway between Rehoboth and Dewey- I think once we heard a loud motorcycle and that was it. The decor of the room was “beachy,” an added plus. But perhaps my favorite thing about this place is how amazingly comfortable their beds and pillows are! I slept so great that I didn’t want to get out of bed the next day! The staff was very accommodating and understanding with our need for an unexpected late check-out (not related to the comfort of their beds lol), which we really appreciated! We booked our room based on availability with only 2 days notice and the low room rate (compared to what else we were finding). We had such a great stay, we will always check here first in the future!

Cute little Motel. Great friendly staff. Very clean! 3 min drive to the beaches and right down the road from lots of shopping. Love that it's pet friendly as we were traveling with my moms service dog and not many places in the area take animals.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed it. We only really spent time in the room to shower and sleep, but the staff was very nice and the room was clean. Plus we got to bring our Corgi!

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was AWESOME! Belle and Amy went above and beyond to help with our pup that wasn’t feeling well. Thank you again! Look forward to staying with you all again!

If you're heading to Rehoboth or Dewey with your dog, look no further. This place is comfortable, convenient and clean. The staff is amazing--friendly, helpful and professional. And the price?? Try to beat it. If you find something of this quality and convenience (that allows pets) at a lower rate, please let me know! ;-)

Really like this hotel!! Love that it is a small private owned business!!! Love that it is pet friendly!! The man in office is really nice!! Rooms are very nice and clean lots of pillows on bed nice comfortable bed and bed set!! Really enjoying my stay!!!

Exactly what we were looking for, affordable, clean, simple and love the fact that they are pet friendly. Office staff put out water for dogs which was nice to see, I wish they would do that in New York. Ron was very nice and helpful.

Good basic hotel to stay at if all you need is a place to sleep and a bathroom. Rooms look like they have been renovated and are pretty clean and the staff are pretty friendly. About a 10-15 min walk from the beaches.

Surprisingly nice room. Was a bit skeptical bc of some of the reviews but our room was really nice, very comfortable bed, big tv, close to the beach. No complaints

All new everything in the rooms. Very cozy. Priced right. Very clean. Great customer service. Great location; right between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches.
