We first met Julie when we were looking for an investment property near the Delaware Beaches. We are from PA, and It took a day for us to see several properties. Julie helped us focus on a specific property, and expertly negotiated on our behalf. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process.

This was “hands down” the easiest real estate process my husband and I have ever experienced. Julie and Megan handled everything. Julie kept us patient once the home hit the market. They were initially only having a 2 hour open house but decided to keep it open when they realized how many buyers wanted the opportunity to see the home (completely last minute but made themselves available to keep it open).
