My Oregon listing agent recommended Active Adult Realty in Delaware. My sister and I browsed the agent profiles on the Active Adult Realty website and Ron's video impressed us, so we made contact and chose Ron to help us find our Delaware dream home.

We handed Ron quite a challenge because our requirements for a new home were so strict, including price, location, size, types of rooms, age, views, amenities, and much more. On top of that, we planned to be in Middletown, DE for only 3 days. Our optimistic plan was to tour many homes and communities, and then make an offer on a home and have the offer accepted before we returned to Oregon. Not too much to ask!

What was the final outcome? Ron made it happen for us! He's amazing! Ron did a tremendous job fully understanding what we were looking for and preparing to maximize the short time we had in Delaware. Missy Graver gets all the credit for figuring out before we did, the type of DE community we were most likely to be interested in despite our large list of uncertainties. She was also able to create a composite out of our housing preferences and contradictions to help find the perfect home in that the right location. Most was done remotely (!) and when we finally visited she helped with a very focused and busy day to let us arrive at what turned out to be her first choice for us. Missy is not the type of person who will dismiss your ideas to make a sale but she clearly knows her market areas and can work with you to keep you focused and honest about what you are after. She was quick and thorough in responses to our questions and helped provide all sorts of support documentation whenever we asked for something. Christine & Bill did an outstanding job selling our home. We primarily worked with Christine. Great advice on how to stage it, how to price it, and how to present it. She was very communicative, which I think is important. She kept us in the loop whenever any important actions came up and had us use the ShowingTime app for home showing appointments and home showing feedback.
