Piccolina da Centrolina

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, enjoying their outdoor seating in a quiet alley that evokes the charm of Europe. The food was exceptional, from the amazing pizza and delicious arugula salad to the delightful salmon skewers. A standout feature was their cannoli bar, where they freshly stuff your cannolis upon ordering, ensuring a perfect, crunchy texture. The menu offers a plethora of healthy and delectable choices. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most amazing smell of food! We came in for some coffee & a sweet treat, which was hard after seeing the avocado toast come out for an order. Cindy, the cashier/barista was extremely nice & friendly - she made my caramel cold brew SO good. We also got the lemon ricotta cookies - very soft, lemony, & not too sweet. I’ll have to come back to try the olive oil cake ;)

My reward for a long walk was perfectly cooked woodfired seafood on a stick plus a glass of rosé and an entertaining staffer. Grazie!

Wow this place has it going. Their lunch sandwiches are delicious. The fusion of seasoning and flavors with melted cheese and spinach with pork danced on my mouth. Add some fast efficient service in a really cute area called City Central and you feel like you have gone totally uptown.

Walked in and got confused for how the place turned out lol! Its bigger now with more seating inside! Ordered the Parmigiana, which was so good and rich with flavor it's a must try from their menu. Perfect spot for lunch or for grabbing coffee with friends

Amazing dinner for an amazing price. The quality of this Italian is second to none and the staff were so friendly. The pizza was especially excellent - it tasted fresh and made of high quality ingredients. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient. We also had breakfast here the following morning. The bread was extremely fresh, as was the granola bowls and omelettes that we had.

Came here because I needed their paper bag for decor on my wall. I ended up ordering a bunch of random things. The soup had a lot of flavor and the pasta wasn’t not mushy. THE COOKIES PHENOMENAL! I only got two of the sprinkle ones, but mannn you could eat 20 of these because they taste so good!

Absolutely delicious!!! I wish this was a bigger atmosphere for better choice of seating, but very happy with my dining experience. I imagine this is very close to the Italian way for Pizza.

What a lovely cafe recommended by Eatery. The 10 layered eggplant parm was such a delicious take, well sauced, savory, and sweet one of the best I've had that wasn't homemade. I was excited to try their famous focaccia and was not disappointed, fresh bread and perfect crunch. That and pairing their rainbow cookie with a La Columbe latte with oat milk... It was more than I could ask for. Not to mention friendly service 🙂

This is a beautiful place and serve delicious food. I stopped by for Pizza and sweets afterwards. It didn’t disappoint. The pizza was delicious the cortado and cannoli were tasty. The service is great. Ruth was friendly and helpful. She brought my pup some water as we sat outside and watched people walk by. I highly recommend this place.

I had one of the most flavorful sandwiches I have had in a while at Piccolina. It was the Porchetta Panuozzo with roasted suckling pig, provolone and greens. The sauce and grilled onions create this delight. Staff were very friendly and offered great suggestions. I will return next time I am in DC.

My wife and I got two pizzas just in a whim. Very good and very authentic Italian style pizza. Next time we will try buying some of the in house bread

What an adorable place! Colorful, chic, and a great place for a date or even girl talk 💁‍♀ after shopping 🛍 or before. I had cafe latte and the bombolini it was delish… would recommend for a quick bite as well!

I stepped in from a rainy day and had a lovely time. The atmosphere and decor was warm and inviting. I had a winter sangria and pizza. Everything was chill from then on.

Great New addition to City Center. Best bread in DC! Bakery & Cafe by day, amazing Italian cafe at night. Same owner and chef as Centrolina, which is just across the alley.

Staff were extremely helpful. We had a friend with food allergy and the staff did their due diligence to verify all the products were safe. They didn't know for sure so scrambled to ask the pastry chef at their sister restaurant and everything. .
I only had the hot chocolate but boy was that good. Pure chocolate!
Definitely stopping by again when I'm around.

Great food. Are here twice. Salmon skewer and pizza. Also tried the wood fired grapefruit! Unique!

A charming Italy-inspired café situated in the heart of DC's high-end shopping area. I enjoyed my visit there. I liked their ample and bright space. Their cappuccino was really good, and a portion of ricotta tea cake with strawberries was tasty and big enough for two. Will be back when in DC!
