William Pfaff, MD

I feel Dr Pfaff gave me a whole lot of pain relief. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Pfaff. It's hard to find a doctor like him. Look no further, he's your guy. He's down to earth and he listens.

UPDATE: Due to lower back issues my husband (who had back surgery with Dr. Pfaff a few years ago with good results), insisted I see him as opposed to seeking another surgeon. My appointment (made in very early June) was scheduled for the end of August. I was called two days before and told he couldn't keep the appointment. When I had "the nerve" to complain about it, his office staff told me if I didn't like it, to find another doctor. NICE PEOPLE.

Due to my husband's insistence, I rescheduled the appointment and was told it would be "telehealth". I declined and asked to reschedule when he was in the office. The appointment was scheduled for 10/14/20. Two days before, I received an automated call reminding me to be 20 minutes early to the appointment to fill out paperwork. The appointment was 1 pm. We arrived 12:30 and the office was locked. My husband knocked on the door, no response, so he knocked louder at which time a very portulent woman with unkempt long hair gave him "what for" for having the nerve to knock on the door. Then, I'm told I shouldn't be there as it's a "telehealth visit". Really??? Then why am I to arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment??. These people are so screwed up.

Dr. Pfaff: If you ever bother to read your reviews, you have our phone #. My husband's name is Larry Ferguson. It's impossible to call you as we can't get passed your armed guards (office employees). Key word here...employees. I owned my own business for 54 years and if I ever caught or found out about an employee telling my customers to take their business elsewhere, they'd have been fired before you could say jack rabbit.

I would like to close by saying that I have been in considerable lower back pain since the beginning of June. it took FOUR AND ONE-HALF MONTHS to get an appointment with Dr. Pfaff in person in October and he didn't even bother to show.

He made me feel I was exaggerating my pain when a year of cortisone shots weren't helping and my emg came back negative. Instead of evaluating further, he pretty much said he couldn't help me. Thankfully my new doctor quickly diagnosed me correctly and I'm on the way to being pain free.

Showed No compassion to the horrible pain I was in. Gave me shot in my back n never said a word to me. Appointment 2 weeks later, even tho when I called to let them no, No improvement at all, same pain. Appointment canceled, he had an emergency to go to. Well so did I, found another spine surgeon who has taken care of me immediately.

I haven't herd anything back from this doctor after he scheduled my mri. It was approved 3 months ago and no one called me to even go over what was found in my test. I'm gonna put in a complaint to the board, this is ridiculous. I should have looked at his reviews 1st.

I am giving one star because you have to but we continue to have issues with this medical office and we have not been back for over a year now we are having medical billing issues I advise before making appointments to read these reviews. My husband received an back injection and the doctor never spoke to him at all Even if you get in to see the Dr. you can never speak to him afterwards he is never available the office staff is extremely rude and they have no formal billing system.

My mother has been in pain for months and they have canceled her appointments 4 times. They canceled her on the day she was to receive at pain shot. Don't know how a doctor can do that to a patient. Don't go see this doctor or you will be sorry
