Brighton Suites Hotel

This is a great hotel for families. The rooms are clean, all of the staff are friendly, and the pool is a perfect size for kids that are still learning to swim because it only ranges from 3-4 feet. The only downside to the pool is that it is small, so it gets crowded easily on rainy days when people aren't going to the beach. The room we stayed in had two double beds and a separate living area that had a pull-out couch. The living area also had a small kitchen with a sink, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, which was great for being able to store and make quick snacks for kids.

The location is amazing. It's in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants, and is a block from the beach and boardwalk. You won't have to drive to get anywhere unless you're looking to go shopping at the outlets or another specific activity that is outside of "daily beach-going" activities.

My family has stayed at this hotel twice, and we will definitely booking another stay next year.

This was a pretty nice hotel. My room was nice and clean. It was the off-season, so there weren't many other guests, so it was very quiet.

This hotel is a walk from the beach and tons of restaurants/gift shops. On the same street is even a bike rentals. They have an indoor pool on the roof, and provide towels specifically for the pool. The rooms were bright and clean, very nice to stay in. The bathroom was small, but beautiful. There is a TV in the living room/kitchen area and also one in the bedroom. The lamps all have USB charger ports, so you don't have to worry about bringing your wall charger, too. There is no breakfast available here but next door is a nice diner that we ate at and it was delicious. There is a parking garage at ground level so you dont have to worry about street parking. It was tight, but not unmanagable. Just be cautious when parking. As we were leaving, we noticed there were chairs available to bring down to the beach with you, which would have been nice if it was pointed out to us, since we would have utilized them. Just outside the lobby is also a 'sand recycling center' where you can rinse off your feet. We had a blast. We will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach but far enough where it's quiet at night so you can get a good night's rest! Room was nicely updated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! I have zero complaints, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers use of beach chairs and beach towels free of charge as well as a cute rooftop pool. The pool is great because it is fully covered and makes bad weather days not so bad! I have never stayed in a hotel room that was so clean! From the ceiling to the corners this place was spotless! They provide everything from makeup wipes to qtips etc. no need to pack everything from home. The staff treated you like family from the very first minute and always made sure you were happy. You had great privacy and even with a sold out hotel we couldn’t hear any extra noise. The hotel was a great location only a block from the beach and surrounded by good food and shops! Highly recommend 10/10 I will never stay anywhere else again!

Location is perfect for beach goers or time on the town eating from one of the amazing restaurants or snacking on the boardwalk while playing games at the arcade, which is literally down the block! One night we walked around for 7.2 miles to be exact and enjoyed every view during that time and this hotel was right in the mix🙌. Super cool staff and so helpful in so many aspects! A market and diner right on the ground floor that has everything you may need for a few nights away from home. We will be returning, the only request would be to allow smoking on the rooftop, it would have made the stay even more epic!

With exception of some noise early morning (don’t stay on the 3rd floor) the pool warrants loud children that parents should be more considerate of guest sleeping or staff should at least ask this of parents to be fair to other guest. The hotel was super clean, the room was amazing and well stocked! I will definitely stay again hopefully the 4th floor 😂

Hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large with a separate bedroom. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Living area had a pull-out sofa (we didn’t need to use) and a chair, tv, table, microwave, and coffee maker.

My daughter and I have been staying at Brighton Suites for several years now. We love it here! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.....could not ask for any improvements...everything is great. Love the pool area and sun deck too!

Brighton Suites is perfect for families who prefer separate seating area from sleeping. This is what attracted me to begin with. The location is another perk, blocks away from the beach and from main street, yet away from the hustle and bustle making it for quiet evenings. Check in was super easy and quick. Hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the ac worked great. The pull out bed wasn't exactly up to par for sleeping. The beds were ok on a comfort level, however this is always a hit or miss with hotels, depending upon personal preference on what you prefer. The pool was nice being rooftop with the glass roof and opening to the outside. It was perfect for our daughter to enjoy. The chairs and beach towels being available was nice, as we didn't have to track extra sand home. The layout of the hotel is neat, with having an open feeling on each floor. We couldn't of had a better experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brighton Suites Hotel. The room was cozy for our family of 3 and you cannot beat the location. The walls were a little thin while we watched TV in the front room, but it didn't bother our family when we were sleeping in the bedroom. The staff were all very friendly and the maids were very quick to make the beds while we went to breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Also, they had the best hotel shampoo/conditioner I have ever used, which may not matter to most people, but it matters to me because my hair didn't feel like hay after washing it. We also thought the beds were comfortable.

Our room was spacious and clean. The location is prime: everything was within walking distance. Parking in the hotel lot was free. The staff was friendly. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but we were really happy with the place and will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in town. The only thing I would warn potential guests about is that they are very strict about the check-in and check-out times. We found plenty to do before we could check in, but if your situation doesn't allow that, I would consider different accommodations. Also, if you're a light sleeper, the place can be a little noisy. The noise didn't bother us so much, but we could understand how it might bother other people. Ultimately, we had a great stay.

Great place to take family. An for under $120 a night for 4 people

We have been coming to Rehoboth for 30 years because it is by far our favorite town among East Coast beach towns. Very happy to find Brighton Suites for a much needed getaway in early April. The location in the center of town was perfect for walks at any time of day, and our 3rd floor room had a huge sliding window offering an appealing view of town, trees, and a glimpse of ocean just down the street. The suite layout with separate sitting room/kitchenette takes this experience one step up from a typical hotel room. The rooftop deck was undergoing maintenance for the start of season, but would be an ideal place to relax when the weather is fine. Hope to make this a go-to place for future visits--thank you for a great stay!

Seriously this is one of the best hotel in Rehoboth beach. They claimed and display it proudly hotels.com score 9 at their lobby and Boy it shows with their service.
All their staff from front desk, room service. Hotels attendant they are SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful. Check in 3pm and checkout 11am.
The suite room is very standard and clean with living room and bedroom separated by a door. Another plus points they use Angel soft for toilet paper and tissue not copy paper like other hotels in the area
The sun deck and heated indoor swimming pool. Coffee station located in lobby.
The conference room located on 2nd floor and the hotel is only a block away from a beach (less than 5 min walk)

Nice room, only a block from the beach. The concierge brought our bags to the room and explained how the ac works. He also showed us where the ice machine and snacks were.

I cant say enough about this hotel. I was very impressed overall.
We booked online (used Expedia to narrow down, but booked directly on Brighton's own website). Check in was easy. Before unloading the car, they gave us a ticket for the dash for our included free parking. (It seems they may need more designated HC parking tho, only two there on the level we parked on. No big deal as we were able to get a similarly close spot.) There were rolling luggage carts stationed in the parking garage, very convenient.
The room was great! I have never been in a cleaner hotel room!! I could not find dust anywhere! (Check photos, see air vent, spotless!) No stains, no smudges. Really, really great cleanliness!
The room was large and roomy for a family of four. Our room had the single king in the bedroom and the kids shared the pull out bed in the living area. Nice kitchenette space with coffee maker, microwave, sink and small fridge. The suite also had 2 TVs one in the BR and other in the LR. They had an odd system for casting to your TV but we did not take advantage of that. We brought a Fire Stick and plugged it into the port that the casting device was in and used our Fire Stick instead. As far as "live" TV they had a great selection of channels, way more than a typical hotel.
The bathroom was not overly large but plenty of counter space and a full size tub/shower. Plenty of drawers in the two dressers and 2 side tables for clothes, or hang in the large open closet across from the bath. Plenty of seats, tables, counters and lights thruout. Lastly, a pleasant color scheme of aqua and sand tones that really feels beachy.
The hotel also had an indoor heated pool and outdoor sundeck on the 3rd floor. The pool was very very warm on the first day but better/cooler later on. They also opened the windows to the pool deck on the warmer days to let in a breeze.
I have to mention the whacky hallways, see photos. Not the worst thing ever, but a very strange layout...
And, I have to laugh. Looking at the picture of the main bedroom, notice the picture on the wall. We eventually noticed it was upside down! We fixed it. I wonder how long it had been that way!?!?

First time leaving home in 7 months. Loved the location of the hotel. Walked everywhere and kept the car in the parking garage. Nice rooftop deck, and the room was very clean and well stocked to minimize staff entering. Staff enforced safe social distancing and use of masks and wore their masks. Would definitely stay here again.
