Amy was wonderful. In the stressful, two-day process of my car dying and purchasing a new one, she provided the only painless and stress-free moments. Amy was great to deal with and we had a detailed review of my coverage to make sure I wasn't missing something for the new car. When I went in for a review of my insurance program, I was greeted warmly by a Team Member. Jeanine then spent time with me to review each of my household policies, coverages, limitations and offered great suggestions and advice on each. Best of all, she followed up with a summary email. It’s a great reminder of the items I need to consider and address. What I especially love when I call Jeanine’s office is that a live person answers each call!

Recently had to change my auto insurance from one older car to a new car. Cory Selleck was very helpful to get the paper work that I need to me and the dealer. Answered all my questions competently and helped me navigate with a number of issues I had not considered. He very promptly provided me with estimates. I felt a lot better working with a local agent than a provider that primarily relies on the internet, and if you call, you always get someone different. Kelly McKeon was exceptional at handling my problem I was having with I G Burton Collision Center and USAA Insurance. I put my problem of I G Burton coming after me for monies due from an April 2023 accident that was not my fault January 31st, that should have been billed to USAA insurance. After months of me trying to deal with I G Burton Collision and USAA and another insurance company involved with my collision, I call Kelly, gave her the info I had and within 3 days - PROBLEM SOLVED! I have had State Farm Insurance for 50 years and have loved them. I do have to say that Kelly is one of the best agents I have worked with! Thank you again, Kelly!

Contacted Jeanine O'Donnell of State Farm Insurance, Lewes, DE and spoke with agent Cory Selleck regarding a new automobile lease we obtained Saturday from Hertrich Nissan, Dover. He promptly provided the insurance information we needed (Temp. Insurance card and Binder of Insurance information). Completely satisfied with his curious and quick response to our needs.

I was at the DMV and needed my DE insurance card to complete the process to get DE license plate. I had been working with Hayes Glanden to get the insurance transferred from PA to NJ. We were unsure when the process would be completed. I got a call with little notice and went to DMV without thinking about the DE Insurance card. When I finally got to a rep, he pointed out that I hade the wrong card. I called Hayes and he got right on it. He got the insurance changed to DE and faxed and emailed the insurance card to me and the rep at DMV. He stayed , even though it was the end of his day, got all the paperwork and stayed on the phone until everything was finalized. His help was so important since We had been trying to get this done and it was last minute since I had to leave town the next day. Hayes was very professional and went out of his way to help me out! Hayes Glanden was a wonderful agent. He answered all of my questions about the policy coverage and gave great examples for my understanding. He also gave me the most competitive rate with the most comprehensive coverage and was lower than 3 other agencies, whose coverage was not as comprehensive. Furthermore, he was honest about how I could save money for at least this first year since I purchased new construction and have warranties on major systems. When I move to this state permanently, I'll be sure to get my car insurance through State Farm as well.
