I visited this shop for the first time yesterday after noticing they were advertising the brand "on" in their window. I had been interested in a particular pair or style from the official website but hadn't made a purchase yet. My wife and I were greeted warmly by all the ladies working there. They have an extensive collection of shoes, and a gentleman named Steven assisted me. He patiently helped me try on different sizes until we found the right fit. The customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this store. It's the kind of personalized service you just can't get from an online website.

This is one of our “must visit” places when we come down to Rehoboth Beach from New York. We met Stephen and the crew about 3 years ago and he introduced my fiancé to the,
then unknown, OnCloud shoe. We’re both huge fans of “Ons” now and have multiple pairs. All purchased at the store! Stephen spends a lot of time with us and is so patient and always makes sure we leave happy. The store is always bustling with customers but also adequately staffed to accommodate everyone. Our last visit yielded a couple new OnClouds AND three different gorgeous pair of boots that Stephen made it impossible to leave without after offering a loyal customer discount that we couldn’t pass up!
If you’re looking for a great, local, family business that offers a huge selection of quality shoes (and socks too!), this is a stop we highly recommend.

Went in with a friend “just to look” and were amazed by the quality and selection of the shoes. The owner and his daughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought service of this caliber was a thing of the past. After “just looking” for about an hour and a half, we both left with new shoes, a new favorite shoe store and a promise to come back soon. Would highly recommend that you go there.

The 2 owners in the store- male and female were super super super nice!!!! I actually left the store and came back because of how nice he was. He was incredibly helpful. I left because I didn’t want anything but then I had second thoughts and came back. And a lot of the fact of coming back was due to the fact of how nice the man was. He made me feel super comfortable and offered excellent excellent, probably the best advice ever on sneakers. He knew exactly what he’s talking about. And I instantly felt compelled and even wanted to buy something there. And I bought a pair of on clouds that I absolutely love and I was so glad of my purchase. Thank you so much for such excellent excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for sneakers. Again A+ plus plus.

What a GREAT find! I was having trouble finding a place to find and fit new sneakers. The owner, Steve, was terrific. Patient and a great listener, he found 2 perfect pairs for me and my achy feet! I visited this shop last week on a visit to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The service I received was IMPECCABLE!! The owner, Steven and his lovely daughter went above and beyond to ensure everyone was getting exactly what they needed. We connected immediately when discovered we had the same name, mine with a "ph". They were personable, thorough and always had a smile on their face. Their shoe selection was also larger than expected. If you are in the area give them a visit! You will NOT be disappointed.

Amazing experience in this store! We stopped in late evening after seeing the promo for On running shoes in the window. Steven was beyond knowledgeable, patient with the selection process and just very personable overall. Enjoyable brick and mortar shopping experiences aren't dead yet! Popped in this shop late one night because the only sandals I'd packed broke a strap. Steven was amazing! He stayed open and recommended ones that were cute and very comfortable. I ended up leaving with several pairs and plan to return for boots this fall. The customer service there is top notch so definitely stop by if you're looking for comfortable shoes.

Great selection of ON (my preferred) running shoe. Received excellent service from Stephen. Felt I was being informed vs being sold. I was able to make the best decision which pickleball shoe to purchase.

It is really tough to find shoes that are comfortable AND stylish, and In2Soles has a large variety of shoes that fit that bill! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, too! I've bought quite a few pair of shoes from them over the years and will keep going back. Give them a try!

I love this shoe store located in downtown Rehobeth! They offer incredible customer service and were able to get my size in a special brand within days.

Steven was extremely helpful and knows his inventory really well. I need a lot of support and wanted a certain level of dressiness. He quickly pointed me to all of the options. Mostly women's shoes but he carries the On brand of men's athletic shoes. Swiss made tennis shoes that are pretty incredible in both style and level of quality. These shoes are not easy to find but definitely worth seeking out.

I visited this store with my wife and she absolutely feel in love. All high quality European leather shoes. It's a women's shoe store but as soon as I walked in I could smell the quality of the leather. Well worth the prices that are charged.

In2soles was an awesome experience. The owner helped me and my teenage son and was extremely patient with us. He even had orthotics that helped my son improve his gait for the first time in his life. Worth the trip.

First time at this store and I can say it will not be my last…. Steven the owner was really helpful steering me toward the best option for my bad ankle, bought a pair of ON sneakers and I tell you is the must comfortable shoes I now own, staff was great!!! I’ll be back!!
