So far have used consignment services and had only good experiences. The employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. Here's a little tip, take pictures 1st to make sure your items are accepted so you don't haul them there unnecessarily.

Matt was super unhelpful. To the point of being obnoxious. I asked for a quote for a home which one week later I’m still waiting on... it was a family home with the death in the family and I want to make sure the policy would stay in effect, even though my name was not on the Insured home policy. I called another State farm office. I’m switching my policy over there. And FYI I’ll be having more policies since I’m moving down there. So guess who’s not getting the business good luck you’ll need it and I loved when you laughed when I asked for 4521 exchange to the other office.

I have been their customer for years and the last experience i had with that office was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. Including the owner of that business, they hung up on the phone many times, they refused that i made payment although i had the documents, rudeness…..(one exception Matt)i regretted the day i started with them 17 years ago. Today i will start with a new company.
