High Seas Motel

As others have said, for the price and location this place serves its purpose. It’s a place to rest during your beach stay. Location is amazing. We just parked our car and we’re able to just walk around the town for the rest of the time. Beach is like 9 minute walk. The service is great too. People were nice and communicative. The bathroom is small and shower were small. We went with low expectations which were exceeded.

Have been staying here for years. The family that owns it have always been very friendly and accommodating. You can't beat the location as it is close to everything yet it is in a nice and quite location as well. The rooms are always very clean when we have been there, Although they are very basic and could use an updating. The prices are quite good all things considered.

Wonderful staff and very clean room everything is exactly as advertised. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. But no coffee maker, I brought my own and it worked out great. Super friendly staff, I left my sunglasses in the room they called me when they found and I went back to get them all in all five out of five.

My family and I decided to take an overnight trip. High Seas Motel was the most cost effective. We ended up with 3 rooms for the 9 of us. (6 adults 3 kids) the rooms are small but cozy. Most of all they are clean. The staff are super nice, we were able to check in early and they gave us 3 rooms right next to each other (bonus). Its close to the beach and the parking is free. I accidentally left my pillow which is like a life line to me. I called when I realized it (8pm and almost home), spoke to the front desk and they assured me they would check and get back to me. Sure enough the very next morning I received a call that they did have my pillow. Arrangements have been made for me to get it. The fact that they went above and beyond to find my pillow (which had a white pillow case and looks like the rest of their pillows) meant a lot to me. I highly recommend staying here.

This motel is very clean and well run. The owner of the hotel is personable and accommodating. You can tell this place is family owned. Great location and is probably the most affordable place in town. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back next time I’m on vacation!

The staff at high seas motel were nothing but kind! From check in to check out they were available if we needed them. The room was perfect for my boyfriend and I, it had a fridge, microwave, very nice TV, and the water pressure of the shower was good. Only about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) so location was on point, we barely needed to drive! It helped us save money on parking meters/a parking pass because of how close we were. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Lastly, we were having some car issues and the owner (and her brother) went out of their way to make sure we could get our car started and get home. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We got the last room available during a Holiday weekend. Service was great and the manager was very accommodating. Recommend to anyone, as it was recommended to us as well.

Is this place the best on the block? No. Is this a place to lay your head? Yes.
It is CLEAN, wickedly cheap compared to surrounding accommodations, and smack in the middle of downtown Rehoboth. 10/10 will stay here again. The owners are cool and nice.

The motel is not the best but its exactly what to expect with a motel. However the place is at a close walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. The guy in the fron desk who is 1 of the owners is extremely polite and nice guy which is a huge plus. Rooms were comfortable the beds are clean and so is the bathroom there outdated but pretty clean. Rooms also have a flat screen t.v and microwave.

Awesome family owned motel.! Great people! My family and i was looking to have a place just for the night, even though their minimum stay is for 2 nights they accommodated to our needs. Was told over the phone theres a room avail with ONE bed...of course We were even willing to share it with 3 of our kids. We came to check in and to our surprise they rsvpd our room with 3 Beds! Im grateful that the owners here seem to care for the well being of children. thank you so much HIGH SEA MOTEL! I could careless if this place is out dated! we just needed a place to rest our heads and WASH UP AFTER THE BEACH!☺👌 this is our FIRST time at Rehoboth!! we Will return again! :)

The owners are just wonderful people! In a world full of giant corporate hotels and accommodations here is a family owned hotel a few short blocks from the beach. Clean rooms, and parking!

What makes this place special is people who run it. I had never stayed in a motel before and didn’t know what to expect. Room has everything you need, tv, refrigerator microwave. Furniture and everything is old yet clean. But who cares if its old, we were there to spend night after beach that’s about it. Now about the people who run the motel. I dealt with three different people and always found them to be kind courteous and extremely accommodating . If they could help you with something they will and that’s what makes this place special. It seems like family run business and unlike big chains they do not have a lot of resources but they make best of what they have. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Support small businesses!

Location is great! If you're looking for upscale this is not the place but for the price and a place to lay my head and shower it was perfect. Will be making reservations here again for next summer!

My boyfriend and I love staying here. It's cheap, super close to the boardwalk/beach and the staff is super friendly. You get what you pay for, plain and simple!

The room was dated, but very clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was quiet too.

This is a great option to enjoy Rehoboth. Rooms are clean and well kept with the service being spot on.

Wonderful place. Been going here since I was a baby. All the memories with my family. Not to far from anything. Wouldn't choose any other place.
