This was our first visit to Rehoboth and we're celebrating our 45 anniversary
What a gem! Room with a balcony with a beach view couldn't have been more perfect from cleanliness to comfort
Breakfast and added treats were delicious! The staff were pleasant and very welcoming.
We certainly hit a home run and plan to return.

This hotel was great! Right by the beach and tons of amenities. The breakfast was really good (not factory-line feeling) and so were the hot cookies at 8pm. Rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, Cassandra checked us in and was super nice. Wonderful place!

The rooms are quite lovely and well decorated. They are very clean and in excellent repair. The motel is very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely come here again!

We have stayed here 3 times and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Rehoboth. We love the location, free breakfast, wine and cheese, and fresh baked cookies. Staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, coffee always available in the lobby. Get up early, grab a cup of coffee and walk those few feet to the beach and watch the sunrise.

I started staying here at least 20 years ago. I love the convenience! I can park my car & walk to everything.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the service, their hospitality, and the unbeatable location. They offer complimentary breakfast of eggs, breakfast burritos, various types of toast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, etc. The happy hour wine & cheese, and freshly made chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a BONUS! Every room is given a parking spot in their lot, so we never worried about our car. The hotel's location to the beach, shops & restaurants is very convenient. EVERYTHING fun is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a delightful beach charm. Added BONUS was the option to borrow beach chairs & pool/beach towels at no charge. We will definitely be booking another stay here!

Great place to stay, rooms are newly renovated and clean. Pool is small but clean and enjoyable . Breakfast was good and staff made sure everyone got what they needed! Highly recommend and don't miss the wine and cheese and the evening warm cookies!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Served a different breakfast daily and made cookies every evening, which my daughter loved. The location is perfect. Has a nice pool and the rooms are clean.

Took my daughter to celebrate her 30th Birthday to Rehoboth Beach and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location was great, rooms were clean. Josh at front desk was wonderful, so helpful, courteous and gave us great suggestions for dinner. Must stay when visiting!

My boyfriend and I went on our first vacation together and we decided on Beach View Hotel because of it's location. First, the beach is not that far of a walk from the hotel, which was a HUGE bonus. Second, they do wine and cheese every night and if you have kiddos (or a 27 year old grown adult XD) who enjoys cookies they also have that as well! Third, the rooms were clean and you could get them serviced while you were out. We came back to a clean room when we left and it made it so much easier to relax. Fourth, they have a pool on the side of the building if you didn't have enough time to go into the ocean. Lastly, it's close to so many restuarants and Penny Lane is only a few steps away! Also if you are military, they do have a discount when booking, my boyfriend just had to show his ID and Military ID.

From the moment we checked in until the very last night, everything about our stay was fantastic. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. Marie was the front desk person and our first point of contact. Since we had never been here before, she first made sure we knew about the hotel's many amenities and then answered our many questions about the area.
She truly went out of her way to ensure we had an incredible stay.

The property is in excellent shape and our room far exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach is perfect, although the weather was still a bit too cold to go out there.

We LOVE this hotel and Rehoboth Beach! We highly recommend Beach View to families, couples and anyone that wants to enjoy their stay at the Delaware Beaches.

What a wonderful place to stay! Steps from the boardwalk, you are treated well from the moment you arrive by the friendly, helpful staff... they asked about our breakfast order (complimentary)... informed us about their wine, cheese and crackers starting at 5pm and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies starting at 8pm. Parking is included... That's a big deal if you know about parking in downtown Rehoboth. They will also provide you with beach chairs too at no additional cost. The room was nice and clean. I especially liked the screen door. There's a small pool. I enjoyed my stay at Beach View Hotel so much that I booked another reservation while onsite.

Steps from the beach and boardwalk, lots of dining & shopping. Staff was very nice and friendly. Free breakfast was decent. 3 floors with an elevator. Small pool. You can check out beach chairs. You get 1 parking spot per room. We weren't given any fresh towels by maid staff, but to be fair we didn't ask! Had 3rd floor balcony. Good view of the ocean, but very small balcony. Not necessarily worth the price increase. BUT we would absolutely stay again!

We come to Rehoboth every year after Labor Day & usually stay at a boardwalk condo. But this year we made last minute plans & tried the Beach View Hotel instead. It was perfect! The room was clean, pool is beautiful, free breakfasts were delicious, & location right off the boardwalk is the best. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the balcony view! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location, staff and quality/cleanliness was the best. What else do you need to expect.
The wine and cheese hour was unexpected.
Plenty of nearby restaurants. Would recommend.

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. I was so impressed! Melissa who greeted us at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very friendly! The hotel was a good vibe all around!!! Definitely will return!!

Must stay while in Rehoboth, The Beach View surpassed all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly during the stay, the location couldn't have been any more convenient, the rooms were freshly updated, clean, equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge and the parking couldn't have been easier. The pool and sundeck was inviting, the daily complimentary breakfast was a solid touch, however they won me over with their evening wine, cookies and crackers and cheese.

Big enough to serve you, but small enough to know you! And that's the truth! A clean, comfortable, safe place to stay and a stones throw from the beach! Totally enjoyable and at a fare price! Don't miss breakfast, wine and cheese, and warm cookies and tea to close out the day! Sleep in a quiet, clean and comfortable room as well!

Love this place! Lots of extra little touches, like happy hour and cookies in the evening! Location is the best... not right on the boardwalk, but only a few steps away... The bathroom could use a little updating... but the rooms are very clean.... we'll be back!
