Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Washington, DC/New York Avenue

Best place to stay while visiting Washington DC, just few miles from National mall. United States National Arboretum is next to this place. Complimentary breakfast available but timing varies between weekday and weekend. Around $25 being charged per night for car parking but we have to park on our own risk. Friendly staffs. Rooms were clean.

This place was incredible! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was soooo good and with a wide variety of healthy food choices. The room wasn't lacking anything, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the scent and quality of the body wash they provided in the shower!! There is a parking lot. It does have a fee for parking, BUT not having to park a block or two away in a parking garage, or some dark and sketchy street, was a win for me! It was a half a mile from the club we came for, so we avoided uber costs by walking to and from. This hotel is a total gem!

I would like to thank all the employees of this Hotel for the very pleasant stay my family and I had on September 2023. We spent 5 nights there and we have only good things to talk about this hotel.

Convenient location. No pool. Good breakfast. Wonderful lobby space and working fireplace. Rooms clean. Bed ok. Could have better mattress. Will stay here again. Plenty of parking.

Stayed with family for one night, good location, close to a few other eating joints, curtious staff, nice breakfast, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is spacious too.

This hotel is right next to the national arboretum but safe to take the car than walk. There are some very nice restaurants close by

This is a perfect location for me. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were very helpful with suggestions on dining. With the new restaurants close by in Ivy City it is a great location for the price.

Came in at 4AM after a very long day and there was an issue with the third party site I booked through. Lateyah the late-night receptionist helped us figure it out, was patient with us, and the exact type of help we needed. The room was good, but honestly the thing we remember most was just how helpful she was for us when we were so tired and done for the night. Really appreciate her!!!

The staff at this hotel took very good care of us during our stay. The breakfast was very good and filling.

It's currently housing as a shelter we all know I am currently homeless so this place is housing me until I can get placed with my voucher. The shelter staff aren't as snobbish as regular shelter staff, but they still have their own personal attitudes. Overall this is a nice hotel really clean smells decent and it's a nice size and location

The location was walking distance from the event my group and I were going to, which is why we chose this hotel and I'm glad we did. The hotel lobby was clean, spacious, and fully staffed. The elevators were fast and smooth. My group paid for two rooms, a double room and a suite - both felt like we were at a 5-star establishment. Extremely clean and modern. Didn't feel outdated at all. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely visit again.

Loved the staff here, felt like family. It was a bit off the beaten path so plan to spend $20-30 on Ubers everywhere. Breakfast every morning.

This hotel has surpassed my expectations. The free breakfast is amazing, the staff are all very friendly, the hotel is very clean. Getting a complimentary shuttle into union station is very helpful and much appreciated. There are a few fast food restaurants within easy walking distance. The indoor pool isn't very large, but still enjoyable with a good sized jacuzzi!

I coming in from New York to rest here the day before training; was very pleasant and easy going. The staff was very professional and helpful with assisting any of my needs.
I felt comfortable and relaxed being there and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The service, room, pool etc were all very good. The breakfast was very delicious, there were many choices and all the food’s tasted amazing. I’m still very very curious which waffle recipe they used. I’m hoping you can message me because they were the best waffles i have ever had!:)

I was able to book this hotel from Expedia and I am very impressed with the price I got it for. Facilities are clean, a hot breakfast and free shuttle service to the Metro is great. Its only been my first night and so far I am impressed!
The General Manager is a really friendly person and goes to greet everyone in the breakfast area, lobby, hallway with a big smile and carries a great conversation.
I don't check out until another 2 days but I'm really happy. Just wish it was closer to the center of DC.

After looking at countless hotels that were either way too expensive or totally booked, near the museums, we drove a little further out and found this hotel. It was awesome. We booked a queen suite for our party of five. Upon entry the room just smelled clean. Upon further inspection we found the bathroom to be clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfy and the room was spacious. It included a living room area and the bedroom. The morning breakfast was great. It included both hot and cold items. The dining area was clean and well staffed. Will definitely stay here again.
