McSwiggans Pub and Restaurant

On the day before St. Patrick's day I went there with a friend and it was packed inside and outside. There was a great energy among the patrons while they watched Rugby on the televisions and later listened to some live music.

The atmosphere was lively and great and our server was pleasant on always within reach.

We started off with the Fried Mushrooms for an appetizer. They were delicious. The mushrooms were juicy and flavorful inside and the coating was lite and not overly crunchy.

I ordered the Fish and Chips which came with 4 small pieces of fish as opposed to one or two larger pieces you may get elsewhere. The coating was perfect and the flavor of the fish was fresh and delicious.

My friend order the Honey Glazed Salmon, which may have been on the weekly special menu. It was moist, delicious and only slightly sweet. Cooked perfectly. Overall a perfect occasion and we will definitely be back.

We love Lydia , the owner! She takes pride in how her food , & drinks are made & presented. We have also been there for live music, on St. Patrick's Day. Delicious corned beef ,& cabbage.
The outside deck is great because they have tall heaters , when needed.
We highly recommend. (Also, they have Keno 😉 🤩❣

Recently visited for Keno and cocktail, but was pleasantly surprised, after speaking to a new chef there, they will cook off menu. I said surprise me!
Satisfying, tasty, and the presentation was impressive. Definitely worth trying!

A friend of my husband recommended this restaurant and we were very satisfied. I ordered some meat that was very appetizing. I highly recommend it.

Came for trivia and dinner, and had a wonderful time! Would recommend the brie and mushroom flatbread. Also had fisb and chips (large portion) that was solid. The curry at the next table smelled marvelous, will give that a try next time. Completely enjoyed my visit!

These burgers are delicious!!! The fries were crispy and thick to boot! Easy-going atmosphere with great food. Enjoy!

Service today. 53° outside. Patio door wide open. Freezing at the bar. Food getting cold. Apparently the only other people there were hot with their sweeters on and wanted it open. Per the Bartender. said people want it open. But I can move. Maybe they the other people could have taken of there jackets or moved themselves to the patio. I'll be back because I do like it there.

This was a pleasant surprise! I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while since it changed ownership. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, food was very good and priced just right. The best part was the service. Very pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend this for lunch or dinner.

Went here for an event with a small group. The service was excellent. Wasn't planning on eating, but got some food. It's pub food, but it's well done. At the end of the night the bill was far less than expected. Very affordable. Got a little loud to talk during the live music though.

I had one of the best burgers in my life here. Everything about it was perfect. The inside is very cool, the staff is very friendly and the drinks are great too! I would highly recommend it and I will surely be going back for this burger!

Pasta was cooked perfectly, fish n chips flakey with crisp beer batter crust. Good selection of beers & wine.

We popped in here for lunch after an appointment at Dana Farber up the road. It was a great way to kick off a weekend. The bartender, Doug, was very social and so fun. The service was fast, and the food (burger, mac & cheese) came out piping hot. Very tasty! Great comfort food.

Plenty of seating at the bar and tables, and there's a nice patio with seating. Parking is in back.

I can see McSwiggins becoming a frequent stop.

Absolutely delicious and such a cute place. We wandered over here for lunch on a Saturday and had a great time. The atmosphere is inviting, servers are polite and the food was so good we started chowing down before I thought to take a picture. Beer is perfectly cold with a great selection. Already can't wait to go back! This is by far my favorite place for food in Weymouth.

My first time at this pleasant restaurant,friendly atmosphere, excellent prices and service.I recommend it,wish to return soon.

Visited McSwiggan’s recently to watch an Irish rugby game. Fun, friendly Irish bar with a great atmosphere. Lots of screens for sports too and service was excellent. Great range of food on the menu and everything we ordered was delicious.

The best bartender Courtney! Amazing service and on top of everything at the bar.. couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great atmosphere, everything is clean, service was excellent. All around fantastic Irish pub.

Food is great. Staff is warm and welcoming. Fun place to meet friends for a night listening to local talented bands.
