According to wikipedia this is the "Old City Hall" building which is now DC Court of Appeals and in front is the oldest statue of Lincoln in Washington DC and John Marshall park forms a great public plaza in front all the way to Pennsylvania Avenue.

Trump appointed judges who sent down a disgusting ruling that denies the people of the United States redress for the INSURRECTIONIST activities of Rep. Scott Perry. This court should be ashamed! Perry is one of the "R Congressman" Trump was using to overturn a free and fair election, deny the votes of the American people, and insight the violence of Jan. 6th! This court sucks!
