The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really stands out to me is the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, at the front desk, Julia went above and beyond during check-in to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions with a smile and making sure that we felt welcomed. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service were appreciated. I highly recommend the Conrad in Washington to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay, and we cannot thank Julia enough for her outstanding service.

The Conrad exceeded our expectations! First class all the way! Greeted by the valet personnel at first, they hassle free took care of our vehicle, we then checked in and the employees were all super friendly and helpful.

Our room was large and with a great view. If you're in the D.C. area this is a hotel worth every penny!

I wish I could remember everyone’s name in order to give them due credit. Our stay was superior. I have a very high standard for hotels and the Conrad managed to exceed it. The room was beautifully decorated, up-to-date, and very clean. Our decision to sign up for the Sakura floor and club was one of the best we’ve ever made in a hotel. It’s not standard club level fair but full (excellent) meals with excellent wait staff, chef and concierge who is available to help out in anyway, including making Suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The incredible choices of snacks and drinks which are available 24 hours a day really puts it over the edge. We were so pleased that we’ve already booked the hotel for our next two trips to DC. Our daughter is going to school in DC. Therefore, I expect we will be spending a lot of time at the Conrad. You will not be disappointed.

My stay at the Conrad was wonderful! The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Julia and Tierney are unforgettable, they were amazing and made my stay so special. Marlon and Marco in the Sakura Club had amazing service as well. The room was gorgeous! And the soap smells amazing.

The service people were very attentive and polite. The place is exceptionally clean, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. They were able to accommodate my food allergies, and that is a big deal for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this stay. Had a Park suite with panoramic views. Staff were great, esp in the lounge. The Sakura lounge food and staff made the entire trip so special-amazing service, helpful staff, and great food and drink. Solid gym-had peloton bikes and rower. Will def recommend and return next time we’re in DC.

As a Amex platinum card holder and a Hilton diamond member, my expectation was high for the Conrad. In every way my expectation was exceeded. From the check in process with KiKi and Loretta we were treated like royalty. My room was upgraded to a room on the 8th floor with a great view. Our room was clean and quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. We spent each night before dinner at the Estuary bar for a drink. Cory was an incredible marvel behind the bar mixing delicious cocktails. All the bell staff including Jeremy and the valet staff were professional and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights but next time we will stay longer. Congratulations to Conrad for an exceptional experience for my family.

Very great hotel, good location, service is also very good. I gave 4 because it's a 5 stars and dressing could have been a big bigger. Cloakroom is too small for a few days, you will leave your luggage on the floor.

What an amazing week we had at Conrad DC! We planned a week long DC trip for our son’s 3rd birthday and from the moment we walked in they made him feel special. They had a birthday surprise for him waiting in the room (cookies, milk, cupcakes, balloons, coloring book with crayons and a stuffed animal.) All the staff in the hotel seemed to know it was his birthday and kept congratulating him, along with remembered his name the whole week. The staff were all amazing, but some staff showed extra love to us like the first floor concierge gentleman in the day time and all of the doormen outside. Our room was the perfect size and housekeeping paid attention to every detail of what we used and refilled plus gave extra of that. I cannot wait to plan another trip to DC and staying here again! Thank you to all the hard working and pleasant staff at Conrad DC.

Perfection! From the time you drive into the entryway of the hotel you are greeted with top tier service. The service here at the Conrad has to be the BEST service i've ever received. Location, location and location. It is in the middle of everything, shops, museums, restaurants, we walked from the hotel most of the time.

Also Conrad gym – it's a fitness enthusiast's dream! The well-equipped facility adds another layer of excellence to the overall experience. From chilled wash cloths to fresh fruits, artisan bottled water to protein bars, everything was perfect!

This is a great hotel, wonderful service, very clean luxury themed site. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Centrally located, and easy to get around. Didn’t get a chance to try the in house restaurant. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the turn down service. Wished they had hot chocolate as I can’t dunk coffee as much.

Beautiful property. Located just a couple minute walk from the Smithsonian. Lots of high end shopping across the street and CVS if you forgot anything right across the street as well. Rooms were high end and interior lobby and meeting spaces were just beautiful.

Comfy room, great conference venue, next level service, excellent food at the restaurant, on the roof bar, and for the conference. Super impressive all round. I'm excited to take the Segway tour tomorrow.

Celebrated my birthday with a staycation in DC Conrad with Sakura Club access. I can’t rave enough about the level of service that we received, particularly as guests of the Sakura Club. From personalized greetings complete with birthday wishes, to top tier service, we felt very well taken care of. The dishes served were delicious, the snacks were plentiful, and the level of professionalism from the crew that attended to us over two days was exceptional and appreciated. Thanks so much to Tierney, Tom, and Marlon!

The hotel itself was also very clean and well-managed. The location is also great. Overall, we wish we had another night on our stay and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Sakura Club in Conrad Washington DC, and it was excellent. The staff at Sakura Club were superbly courteous and attentive, with complimentary food and beverages. Room cleanliness and service were excellent as well. I highly recommend Sakura Club for newlyweds, celebrants, and business travelers.

Our experience at the Conrad DC was nothing short of amazing, from start to finish! During check-in, I mentioned my disappointment about missing the pandas, and Jeremy not only listened but surprised me with a cute panda stuffed animal. As Hilton Gold members, we enjoyed a complimentary room upgrade, a delightful perk. Jeffrey, the foodie concierge, shared fantastic dining recommendations, and we ended up having a delicious lunch at the on-site restaurant, The Estuary.

The hotel's security, restricting access to those with keys, added to our sense of comfort. The doorman, particularly the morning one (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), was exceptionally friendly and attentive. After a day of exploring, the super comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. We would highly recommend and consider returning.

The only suggestion I have is to make it easier for guests to find pricing information for items in the mini bar. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Sakura Club and Team Members: 5 stars for the Sakura Club team. Had a great time here. Tierney and Tom have been amazing for us at the welcome desk. We appreciate all that you have done before and during our stay. Esmith you are a wonderful, vibrant woman and it is great to see you each morning. Marlon and Marco you've been really helpful and lovely during our times during dinner when you are there. The food is good and the service lovely. Plenty of snacks and full 24 hour access to amenities included with the club. They are there to help you so don't feel afraid to ask for something.

Room: Our room was on the top floor though there is a meeting room adjacent to our room for some odd reason. During the week we could hear people though the shared door between the two rooms which was not only early at 7:30am but also loud enough to wake us up a few times. Hence the 3 stars for the rooms. The hotel team advised us that they would accommodate these issues so if they are sorted, will of course update the review.
UPDATE: Moved us pretty seamlessly to another room of the same type. Thank you for this.

Cleanliness: VERY clean and housekeeping is prompt so you don't have to wait until the afternoon for the room to be made up. Please keep this up housekeeping team - such a refreshing experience.
