Simon Birstad, a personal trainer was enormously helpfully personally, going way out of his lane to take care of me and my wellness. While I wish the facility had a sauna, it's clean, friendly and people with all body types - from ripped to just getting started are made to feel welcome.

Customer service is amazing. Mario was exceptionally helpful and very kind!!

My happy place! The fitness staff is lovely, the maintenance staff is on top of it, and the classes are fantastic...are are the cold towels, steam room and wonderful showers after each workout. Life is better since I started coming here in early 2022.

I’ve been a member at Anthem Row for almost two years and it is a great gym. The staff are friendly and keep everything clean and maintained.

I was a member at this location for over 2 years. I have nothing but positive experience overall. Before I signed up, they gave me a detailed tour and patiently answered my never-ending questions. The membership & auto-payment set up was a breeze. They have generous free weight area, very clean floors/lockers/restrooms, new & good quality machines, awesome shampoo/body wash/moisturizer products, and had a satisfactory enforcement of mask requirement during the pandemic. I felt quite safe and enjoyed my workouts.

Just so you know though, it can get busy/crowded during 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on the weekdays. (Mostly from Monday to Wednesdays) Other than that, they also don't have a pool or basketball court like the one in Dupont Circle location. Anthem Row location is smaller comparing to Dupont Circle.

Lastly, I think what I like most about this location is the overall quality of other gym members. I mean don't get me wrong, I've been to other gyms too, but at this location people are just doing their own thing, they don't come bother you, or push you around/rush you to finish your set quickly, walk around with a shirt off, or yell over your head and chat with their friends, or listen music very loudly, etc. Other gym members I've had interacted with during my membership were always quite polite/well mannered folks. I'll miss this location.

I love this gym. Spa like and tranquil. The classes are a1. Times are great. Classes all day.

The best Equinox I've been: super clean, nice staff, never too crowded. Steam room is great.

The managers – namely Taneeka – are super professional, nice, and accommodating. If something breaks, it's fixed in record time.

Reccs for management:
– extend the open hours, closes too early: 10PM (weekdays), 9PM (Fridays), and 7PM (weekend),
– Protein shake bar should open

Everything you’d expect from the brand, and very seldom crowded except at absolute peak times. They’ve taken enhanced sanitation seriously given COVID, and I particularly appreciate that they kept their word and allowed me to break my one-year contract a couple months early when I moved away.

This is a great equinox, and they have a space for luggage, which makes it easy to use if you are in town for meetings.

So glad Equinox has found its way into DC proper! This location is spacious by New York Equinox standards, both on the floor, which is a single floor with ample natural light, and the men’s locker room. It’s very clean, the staff are friendly and beautiful, and everything is in great repair. I’ve never been to an Equinox where the stretching area was so well-equipped (bands etc etc) and well organized. The Juice Press was small and didn’t have much, but that seems to be the way of Equinox juice bars over the last several years. 😢

It's pretty good - Mario is the man.
