Delivered on time for my cousin's funeral. The casket spray was so beautiful. This is the arrangement that we chose from the order book. What we received was even more beautiful than the one pictured in the book. Ms. Ruth does great work. Other reviews comment on the delivery problems and unreliability. Thank GOD that our delivery was on time. If your looking for great quality work and absolutely need these items on time then you may want to schedule to pick your oder up. It's worth paying for a fraction of the cost for great quality work.

My family and I planned my brother’s home going service and remembered everything except the flowers. We called around to multiple florists at 3pm in the afternoon with the services being held the next morning. They either did not answer or said they could not make the next day 9am delivery. We finally called Minnesota Ave Florist and spoke to Cheryl who was wonderful. She took our order based on the colors we wanted and guaranteed the flowers would be delivered. The flowers came the next day as promised and they looked even better than we could have expected.

Good old fashioned family florist shop that had quick turn around time. I went here late in the afternoon looking for a get well bouquet for an elderly friend having surgery. Mrs. Ruby and Mrs. Cheryl were very welcoming and had the flowers ready by noon the next day.Competitive pricing and beautiful work. This is definitely a place that you can grab an arrangement from for all occasions.

I had a great experience on a walk-in, looking for spur-of-the-moment flowers for my wife. Everyone was so sweet, put together a lovely arrangement in just 10 minutes, and had the most reasonable prices. On top of everything they gave my daughter a rainbow rose!

I absolutely love this place!! My go to place for flowers for years. The owner is so accommodating and I think they're open 7 days a week. Never had a complaint or any issues ever. Deliveries always made when I requested within the time frame. Flowers are fresh and will last a while. The aroma from a rose arrangement will fill a banquet hall for days.

Customer service great always nice to support black owned businesses will always go there for service.

I think this day and time we have to be patient for excellent service. The flower arrangement they made for daughter who is a master graduate was excellent and breath taking. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers for someone special to me for their birthday. I called an placed the order by phone. Didn't know what kind of arrangements I wanted I just trust that it would be beautiful. When I saw the arrangements it was breathtaking. It was absolutely gorgeous.

I made a last minute call at 10:30am on a Sunday for a viewing starting at 2PM that same day. This florist not only took my call but they delivered to the funeral home prior to the start of the viewing. The arrangement exceeded expectations. Very thankful for the results and flexibility they provided.

Went there today to get flowers for my sister funeral. It only took 7 minutes and they were very professional and they know their flowers. They delivered to the funeral at the exact time. Not to mention they the prices can't be beat. Thank you ladies so much for all your help. SHALOM

This place is one of the best kept secrets in town. I've been using this company for around 16 years and put in orders for delivery in the DMV as well as other states about once a year. Each time, I and my loved ones have been impressed with her work. The last time I ordered a spray for a veteran's funeral and I failed to recall the casket was being draped with a flag. I went to her the night before and attempted to completely change the order. Not only did she work with me to come up with a solution, the flowers were ready on time first thing in the morning.

They do some wonderful work and they delivered on time. The recipients loved the arrangement and they had the house smelling wonderful. Thank you

Staff Very Professional yet Friendly....went in a few minutes before closing and staff consisting of a mother and teenage son looked every bit of ten minutes for a Beautiful Rainbow Rose flower that I gave to a 90 year old Birthday girl today. She said in ALL her 90 years she have NEVER seen a more Beautiful flower. Thanks Minnesota Florist for helping me make this day a Special one.
