Nice shop when you need something like a cable or a car mount or even a actual device like an iPad, laptop etc.

Soooo scary to take my work computer to a stranger. But I was in a bind, couldn’t fix it & couldn’t get to ‘my computer guy’. I must say that they have been friendly & professional throughout all of my ordeal, listened to my problems & concerns responded to all of my requests & I am back up & running. Good shop

Really not helpful, not empathetic. I'm visiting Nantucket and I need a torx wrench to remove the back of a laptop. On Friday, I was told maybe or maybe not someone could help me on Saturday. On Saturday I was told "that's like going to the mechanic and asking to borrow his tools" and then "I can let you use it for 5 minutes but that's it." I would have preferred to hear, "Bring it in. Let's take a look."
