Went looking for a Jeep Patriot with my son. They had a few to choose from. We negotiated the price and then they did brakes all around and changed the wipers and did an oil change. When the car was delivered it had a full detail interior and exterior. I was satisfied with this dealer.

I recently purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima for my son and had a wonderful experience at Autobahn Sports Cars. Abe was very informative and fair and we struck a deal that was good for both parties.

He let me take the vehicle to my mechanic who did find several minor problems. When I asked Abe to fix these problems (total of $500) he was more than happy to do so at no change to the purchase price.

I would recommend Autobahn Sports Cars to anyone interested in a fair deal with fair people who know the used car business.

I got my 2010 Toyota corolla and they were so nice with me the car looked perfect and it's actually treating me so good I've not done anything on it since I bought it .The owner named Abe he was so nice with me and I went there once and they didn't have that car and then I told Abe what I was looking for, and I told him to call me back if he gets anything that I wanted and yeah .... he actually called me back and told me that he got a great deal for me .

Abe and Eric “appeared” to be helpful and nice to me but all they did was LIE to me and charge me for existing problems they knew were wrong with the car before I purchased it! I seriously would NOT recommend AutoBahn-Quincy, MA to anyone!

I recently purchased a car from Autobahn (Quincy, MA). I paid CASH (bankers check in full) at the time of pickup. Days after the purchase, my check engine light came on. I was not able to get an inspection sticker so I returned the car and asked them to repair the problem and asked them if they could get the inspection sticker for me (which I gave them $30.00 CASH for). When I got the car back three days later I was told by Abe and Eric that they “fixed the problem”. Within two days from picking up my car the check engine light came on, again. I returned the car and asked them to FIX THE PROBLEM THIS TIME! I repeatedly had to call these guys because my calls were not being answered (caller ID - during business hours) nor were my calls being returned. After I tried calling them from a blocked number, I FINALLY got an answer… Eric told me they “FORGOT to get back to me”! Sorry but in my opinion that is totally unprofessional. They told me my car needed a “MAJOR part costing THEM $400-$500.00. And the part may not be delivered for 4 days!” When I went to pick my car up at Autobahn I was charged $100.00 for “repairs” that were STILL UNDER (30 day) WARRANTY. But, because they had an “UP TO $100 in repairs” fee, I paid it. The worst part was when they showed me the part that they said they had to replace……. THEY LIED! They told me they had to replace the intake manifold… BUT, the part they replaced was only a COIL!! So, yeah… the part they told me that “cost them $400-$500”, was actually an $83.00 part that I could have bought from Advanced Auto – IN STOCK!!!! And the repair to fix it I got quoted: ½ hour labor to change over. This is only the short version of my experience with Autobahn.. It’s only been a couple days since I picked my car up.. So, Im still waiting to see if this problem was actually resolved!

They do bad business. The people are rude and handle business badly. Unprofessional, and cannot provide necessary substantial information about cars when you want to learn more about the car history. I tried negotiating with them over a car that needed to have a lot of kinks fixed, and the people there were very rude and snappy because I pointed out that their prices dont match the quality of the car. They just try to hustle you and get a quick buck.

Buyer beware!!!!!! I thought this dealership was different then some of the other sleazy dealerships but I guess I was wrong. I purchased a used mercury mariner from Abe. Who acted like he really cared. I needed help with financing and he was able to get it done for me, but I just found out that it was all a lie. I decided to pay the car off actually 2 1/2 years early. When talking to the finance company they inquired about the warranty that I had purchased and I informed them that I never wanted to purchase a warranty on the car but was told by Abe that the finance company refused to finance me without me purchasing it. well little to my knowledge they told me that was absolutely incorrect and against the law in Massachusetts. They were also going to proceed with an investigation into this as they do not want to be associated with any dealer who knowingly breaks the law. As for my part I am going into the Attorney Generals office on Monday and filing an official complaint against this dealer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! You too will regret it

I was moving from out of state and had to buy the car sight unseen. It was listed at 79,895 miles. However, when it came time to do the paperwork the car suddenly had 80,040 miles. I didn't know it at the time but this meant the difference between a 90 day warranty and a 30 day warranty required by MA lemon laws.

They also did a great job concealing the cosmetic damage in their online pics.

Giving two stars because at least they drove the car around the corner to the mechanic when I asked for a pre-purchase inspection.

Update: deducted a star because of an ant infestation.

STEER CLEAR! Had the vehicle brought for an independent inspection ahead of purchase even though I was assured the vehicle had no known issues. Serious flood damage to the vehicle was discovered by the mechanic. Dealer tried to say it was just water that got in through a broken windshield. A minor windshield leak does not cause this damage. Did not buy the car, will never use or recommend this dealer.
