Stop & Shop

This is one of the few Stop & Shops on the south shore that always has a stocked store. The GM was very friendly & helpful. Actually took the time to guide me thru the store to locate items. As always, they could use some more cashier/register staff (very common issue throughout all retail/grocery chains) but the store was clean especially the produce section 👍🏻

Aside from being a clean, fully stocked store with friendly staff, their floral dept always has a great selection of fresh flowers, for any occasion, but more specifically for anyone headed to visit a loved one at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery. The added level of kindness & empathetic tone reflected in our interactions truly goes a long way. thank u for the professional & personal care shown in every visit!

A little out of my way, but I LOVE the fact that they're open until midnight. It especially comes in handy when your 6yr old let's you know that you were signed up to contribute ingredients for a class cooking project, and you don't have ANY of the stuff your kid signs you up for! It's clean, decent selection, and the employees, for the most part, are nice and friendly. There's always those few that just suck though. Even with the few jerkoffs, they're a whole lot friendlier than Shaws on Pearl in Braintree! That store needs to fire everyone and try again cause they're just (a bunch of words I won't say, but use your imagination!)

Always a good trip! The employees are very knowledgeable! Self check-out is a breeze. Really good bakery! Lots of delicious!

The store is enormous, and kept in wonderful condition. Very well organized, and the employees fulfill all professional standards in communications with the many customers.

The parking patterns are constantly changing, and we always acknowledge the good work done by the "cart" cowboys & cowgirls, in getting things back in perfect order... life is good.

I loved the setup and displays. Everything was organized, and shelves were stocked. Produce was fresh.

I made a mistake today with my purchase and a lovely lady at the service desk named Joan took care of me with a smile and I appreciated it. With today's climate It’s so nice to be treated nice. I wanted the manager to know. Thank You Miss Joan

Why search a gas station grocery for midnight cravings, when a major supermarket in your area is open until 12AM!
And the store is always uber clean (thanks to Marty - the robot and all the employees) for maintaining it so neat.

William has the best customer service I've seen at this store. Everytime I'm there he greets me and goes above and beyond. I don't know what he gets paid but he deserves more. Just incase there is more than 1 William. He was on Register 15 at around 8pm. He has a short hair cut and glasses.

My husband and I like the cashier named Jeff. He's very sanitized, and he's warm, and he's smiling, and he's very considerate that we take the paper bags. We had a great chat. It was the best experience we had. I hope we can call him again next time. You are great Jeff

Great Store

We began our train journey at North Station in Boston and visited Dunkin donuts for a quick breakfast. The staff were courteous and in good spirits.
This is a great place to get coffee on the go.

So clean, well layed out. Friendly staff. Handicapped scooters clean, lined up, plugged in and fully charged. Such a pleasant shopping experience.

This s&s probably has the most products of any of them. There was a car show going on at the oldest dunkin donuts when we went. Was very cool.

The cashier started a conversation with me by asking how I was doing. It made me feel like she appreciated me being there. She actually did the same to the person that was in front of me so I know it wasn't just for show.
I should have gotten her name.
