I had a fantastic experience with Pointe Pest Control. Their service was not only professional but also timely. Kenny was incredibly friendly, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Moreover, their pricing was reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality of service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable pest control.

Ron Wolf is always on time and professional. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the pest control field. My wife and I were so surprised of his ability to identify all of the pest we have ask about. Ron takes great pride in his job.

I’m very happy with my service. Carl is very friendly, always knocks to let me know he’s here. He does a great job of spraying & checking my mouse traps and tells me if there is any activity & is on his way !!

Pointe Pest is a great service. They are professional and friendly. Since using their services I am no longer having spiders or other creatures in my 1938 home. They always contact me before coming to make sure I’m happy with the appointment date and if I have any special requests. This last time I called them the day before my appointment and asked if they would also service the inside of my house. Today the technician, Bradley, called to make sure I was home and confirmed that I wanted the inside of my home done. He then showed up promptly and went through the entire home per my specifications. Bradley was professional, quick, and a very nice person. So, big thanks to Pointe Pest and to great service from Bradley!

Aaron is my usual technician. He is always prompt and professional. His communication and his work is always very thorough. I very much appreciate the service he provides.

I've been using Point Pest now for years. They've always done incredible work. My normal technician is Lance. He's a good dude! Always courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It's nice getting to know the people you actually do business with! Great company IMO.

Very happy with Melissa and Pointe Pest Control. Melissa let me know when she arrived, handled the interior area I requested, and quickly went about covering the entire exterior of my home and garage. Quick, and effective. (My only complaint is that the automated email notifications do not give a time window, I have to request that detail separately. But once that window is nailed down, Pointe has never been late!) Excellent work. The technician made sure to get complete coverage even though part of the foundation was blocked by some loose wood. Have not had insect problems ever since we've been on the quarterly service.

Jacob and Tj did a fantastic job yesterday treating my house and small cabin in my small forrest for rodents and insects! They were super thorough leaving me a detailed report on the Pointe Peat Control website. Plus, there was no evidence of mice! Phew. A+ guys!

Lance is our tech (usually) and we really like him. He's friendly, professional and goes the extra mile if we are having active issues with pests. Having strangers going through your home can be a little uncomfortable just in general but Lance has always made us feel comfortable with his presence. He's always got a smile and usually a good story or two to keep us entertained. Keep up the great work Lance!

I had forgotten that we were scheduled for a Pointe visit on Dec 7th. As I was heading out to walk my dog I saw the Pointe truck at my neighbors house. I walked over and spoke to the tech regarding our appointment. She was very polite, explained about how the upper level spraying may be compromised due to the higher winds. I totally understood, thanked her for the info and continued on my way. Pointe techs are always thorough, efficient and courteous.

Daniel is always amazing when he comes out. Friendly and always make sure I have what I need and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. He always does a great job. Thanks Daniel :)
