I brought a dress in that needed major alterations and Gina was PHENOMENAL. Not only was she the nicest person, but she got my alterations done correctly and in a timely manner. I had such a positive experience and I highly recommend 11M Cleaners to any and everyone!

It is a great alteration shop I've ever visited. I have been there last six years. She is professional. I bring all my night gowns, jackets and many more casual clothes. She does such a great job on them and never disappointed me.
And also dry cleaning clothes are well cleaned & ironed.

I am an avid thrifter and lover of fine goods. I own a lot of silk, wool, and leather clothing and 11M is my one stop shop for any and all clothing/shoe repair needs. I am a frequent customer of 11M and enjoy supporting the owner, Jenny, who is a MASTER tailor. I have had several clothing items repaired here, as well as shoe reinforcements. They have exceeded my expectations every time. The alteration prices are extremely fair-- and again, I cannot emphasize Jenny's mastery. The dry cleaning services are great; they have consistently removed stains from my items. Thank you so much, 11M, for being a jewel in the Blagden Alley/ Logan Circle neighborhood. This business will make you proud to care for your wardrobe again and hopefully inspire you to take a more sustainable approach by repairing your clothes and shoes v. trashing them.

I moved to the neighborhood about 8 months ago and started going to 11M right away based on the reviews that basically said "I lived nearby and went to 11M exclusively for X years, moved away, tried different cleaners in the new area but had terrible experiences, so now I travel X miles out of my way to still have all my dry cleaning done at 11M." I mean, what a statement, right? And I totally get that because I've had the same highs and lows with dry cleaners over the years in different cities. That's what convinced me to start going to 11M. Now, I keep going back because the reviews were 100% spot on.

They do great work on laundered dress shirts and dry cleaned suits. Standard turnaround time. Standard prices. Clothes come back clean. Stains removed. Nothing shrunk. It sounds simple, but it's not easy to find a place that is this consistently competent. IYKYN.

Also, I recently had three pairs of pants hemmed at 11M, and they came back PERFECT - and I mean perfect. I tried on the first pair and immediately remarked "wow, they nailed it." Then when I tried on the second and third pairs, I couldn't believe how consistent the length was between them. All three - exact same, perfect length. Again, sounds simple, but it's not. Flawless execution like that is an art. And I am very grateful for 11M's skill and professionalism.

When I move away from the neighborhood, I have a feeling I'll be one of those folks making the trek back to 11M on a regular basis.

I’m a tourist in DC, and am very lucky to have found this laundry service within walking distance from the hotel. The same-day service was great, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

How good are they? I used to live at wisteria Mansion basically across the street for many years. That was when I began using them in 2008. It's now 2021 and I own a Town Hall in Capitol Hill which has about a dozen dry cleaners, half of which I have tried for convenience. I gave up and I still make the trip to 11M cleaners once a week en route to work, going 2 miles out of my way, rather than go to these other places within walking distance of my house.
These people (Ms Lee and family) are spectacular. Not just the friendly service, but the actual quality of the work.
Things I have encountered elsewhere that you will not find at 11M.... Clothes picked up that smell like somebody else's sweaty wash water. High quality wool sweaters picked up it feel like coarse sandpaper. Starch stains on collars. Specialty fabrics faded or otherwise ruined after a single dry cleaning experience. And so on...
Your clothes come back from this place feeling and looking perfect. Every time.

Great, reliable, expedient cleaners. The shop owner is lovely and warm in addition to being professional. She's done buttons for me and is honest about which type of stains might be hard to get out, but she gets them out anyway.

Fantastic cleaners at a great price. Had a shirt that was so dirty from years of mistreatment no other cleaner could get the stains out, but here they made it look good as new, and at a great price too. Highly recommend.
