They are just simply never open when they are scheduled to be open. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be consistent behavior. I even called while standing outside while they were suppose to be open, no answer. I don't see how its possible to continue business if you are not operating at a consistent time. I don't recommend.

Avoid this place! I brought two comforters here because they are close to my house for just a standard wash and dry and was charged $100! I balked at the price, and the owner assured me that this was the normal price for the service. I took him at his word and was in a hurry and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to take it somewhere else. When I got home I looked up some other places nearby—I realized just how ripped off I was! Most places charge $20 for the same service. When I came to pick up the items, I discussed this with the owner and he said he had made a mistake and would call me the next day to make a price adjustment. Again, I took him at his word. Shocker— he never called. This place is a SCAM. Do not go there.

My husband and I just moved to the art district and three times I have shown up and twice the doors have been locked; once the employee was in the bathroom and the second time I show up 8am and she is running down the street to open the doors to the business; it was suppose to be open at 7am!!! I feel bad for the owner of this establishment. I dont trust my clothes will be ready...especially when the employee fails to be present and ready for work; (I show up an hour early for my job)open their doors and is running late. Ridiculous!!!!

This is dissapointing because we have a lot of business to give; we have several suits, dresses, shirts that need dry cleaning.

Btw. I'm aware that one of the doors is broken.

Went by to drop off dry cleaning on a weekday at 11AM and there was no one there! No note. Just locked and closed. But the sign in the window said they were open 7AM-7PM M-F!

Worst customer service ever. Lady was non-response and very unprofessional. Leaves store locked with open sign for long periods of time. Customers cannot access the store. Worst ever!!!

Brought my dress to be dry cleaned...had a grease stain that I needee removed and got it back with the same grease stain on it. Very displeased!!!

Nice and cheap, but they creased the lapels on my suit. Don't seem to know what they're doing.
