They are just amazing. Everyone you come in contact with is polite and friendly. They listen to your concerns and always want your input when it concerns your children.

The new Doctors are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Really listened to my concerns and didn't talk down to me. Which I appreciate.

Yes it's an old building, but so are so many others around here.

I haven't had any issues scheduling an appointment or being seen as a walk in when my kid was sick.

Been going here for 35 plus years. Have to show ID! Ridiculous especially after answering all the pertinent questions that only I would know. And they dismissed their CDL physician because he wouldn't get the jab. I have to go to Confluence to update cdl physical. Should I just do everything at Confluence?

Really fed up with the clinic. My appointment was at 9am and I was told the dr was not in yet. A half hour goes by (sitting in the room with a one year old cranky child) and still the doctor isnt in the clinic for the day.... I used to enjoy the clinic but not now. Dr.Kings assistant is rude and doesnt care how long you wait. I miss his old assistant Neika she was awesome, responsive, kind and if there was an issue in the office she took care of it and or made your wait a bit more delightful.. pretty sad people have to drive to Wenatchee to get decent care.
