Everyone who assisted with our purchase was great to work with, from Krystal our sales gal, Rick the sales manager to Kyle the finance guy. Nobody was pushy, just super helpful in making sure it was a fair and easy transaction.

Sales staff was not pushy or act like vultures as I've experienced with other dealerships. I felt like I was in control of the transaction. They reminded me of the small town auto dealer that I thought didn't exist any longer. Will return for future purchases.

Only downside of this last transaction was the total slap in the face $ they we’re going to give for my trade, but we sold it outright the next day. I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra truck from their pre-owned lot. the salesman I worked with throughout the transaction was Connor Howe. Connor is a good guy and helped make this process as easy as possible. I was from out of the direct area a couple hundred miles away so he took many videos and pics for me as well as a complete carfax report. Basically answered all my questions and more. I just needed to know if this vehicle was worth the drive or not to proceed. It was for sure. I drove out there while on a short vacation visiting the area and landed me a nice truck. My experience working with Jess auto has been a stark contrast to many of my other dealership experiences. I enquired online and live west of the cascades so communication was mostly via phone, txting, and email at first. The salesperson Dave Blue I worked with was professional, quick to answer questions, transparent with the condition of the vehicle, and kept me updated throughout my buying process. He went above and beyond in every way possible. A pleasure to work with. He was in no way that cliche polyester suite clad overbearing, sales hungry, used car salesman we all dread working with.

I drove the 4 hours or so to Jess and did a test drive and pulled the trigger on the truck. It was a painless no haggle buying experience. Was able to drive away in about 1 1/2 hours.

I financed a portion of my purchase and the rate was terrific. I worked worked with Jessica who was clear with her explanations, efficent with her paperwork, and detailed as well.

I will be looking to work with Jess auto and Dave again in a few years when I need my next vehicle. It was a terrific transparent buying experience and was worth the drive. I would do it again.

We heard about Jess Ford of Omak listening to KOZI radio and have been looking for a truck. Watching their site along with a few others. This week we visited Omak and found the perfect truck for us. We ordered a Ford Maverick truck October 29, 2021 and it finally arrived last week. The long wait was no reflection on the dealership, and we new it would take a while when we made the decision.
