It was actually an amazing experience. This cute guy named Tim checked me out and helped me find something and gave me his number. The owner was screaming in a storage room I think tho, still id recommend

This is my favorite stopping place when I purchase meat (beef) in the Omak/Okanogan area. They hands-down beat all of the other markets for price. Many people turn their noses up at Caso's (it caters more to the Hispanic crowd than others) but I've always found better value here for quality meat. I occasionally but not often buy other goods as well but beef (steaks/roasts) are the primary reason for coming here

Every time I've stopped here, I've been greeted by friendly, happy employees (that speaks measures about them and ownership/management) and I LOVE the taco truck in the parking lot. After reading reviews on their meat quality and pricing, I'll have to definitely stop by more often and check that out, seeing as my big family of 10-20 depending if I have family over, it's nice to save money where I can since I feed so many and food prices always increase while people's wages do not. This is a great little treasure in okanogan and was the first store I went to when I first came to look at the house my husband and I bought. We fell in LOVE with this place, the stores, the people and the charm it has! Wonderful place, great store and AMAZING employees that take pride in their work! They deserve a raise or bonus or something good. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

We are so impressed on everything you are doing to keep yourselves and the public safe during this time. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, an employee was sanitizing the carts before bring them back into the store. As we entered there are gloves and hand sanitizer available. And with everything going on we were treated with respect and everyone was so helpful. After we purchased our groceries the cashier immediately started disinfecting her area. All of you are amazing and give us hope for the future, thank you so much a million times over!!!!!💖

Nice employees very clean great price I just wish they had a buggy to get around in their store make it easier for me and I'm sure others would use it also

Great selection for a smaller store, especially in the area of authentic mexican food. You can get supplies here that can't be found at any of the other grocery stores in the area. Combine that with friendly, hard working staff, and you have Caso's-- a great store.

If you haven't been in here, and you're local, shame on you- you don't know what you are missing! Not only is this a great grocery store, but the fresh meat and frozen seafood is really outstanding! They carry a wide variety of Hispanic foods as well, some available few other places, so it's always worth a trip in every month!

We've spent two weeks searching for items that no one carried in the whole county except pesos and we were finally able to call them and get what we were looking for were so thankful and we love your homemade tortillas too great wonderful people working there

Love the design upgrades inside do much more inviting and those fun displays do increase sales. I know ibought at least two things i didnt know i needed till i saw the display. One of the freindliest and most helpful saff around too.

Great selection of groceries. I noticed the nice area of wines for those wine connoisseurs.

Love that they always have Amish Butter, all the spices and Jarritos! Plus.. my family's favorite taco truck, which is the best in all of Washington, is in their parking lot!

Have always liked the staff especially, Anthony and Effron, both of these guys are ALWAYS nice,respectful, and helpful. Clean store very easy to navigate the store.

Great locally owned grocery store. If they ate out of burger and their meat guys are there, they will grind you some. Quality meat and service.
Very extensive Hispanic Food section.

I give the meat department employees working usually behind the scenes, in the back cutting, wrapping and making sure its fresh a 5 star rating. Also a 2 👍👍! Prices and quality in the meat dept. has beat every other store in Okanogan County and continues to beat.
It is worth a extra few miles to
drive just to hit the meat dept. On grocery day.

Casos also has great sale items each week. Find weekly sale items each week by looking in those flyers tucked in the local news papers or pick one up when you walk in the front doors at Casos.
When they have a item on sale it usually is a price slash that isnt going to require some Club Card. Thats what I love, Sale items require no savings card or some club card just to get the item at sale price.
That's the deal. No hassles, no long lines, no shortage of checkers when lines do start to fill.
Older store but it is the place to check out if you havent yet. 5 stars to you Casos in Okanogan, Washington

Lots of gluten free products. Really nice fresh produce and meats. The staff are all great!

Good place to shop for anything you can find it here and the taco wagon is right there too so very good place to go to
