Steve has been beyond helpful and encouraging during my aging and my illnesses. He is a committed and caring professional ,competent as a pharmacist who works with one’s doctors.
In one instance he has made a compound medecine prescribed by a doctor .it has changed my life.

I've been gate keeping this pharmacy because it's truly the only one I've found that actually cares about its customers, but others deserve to see what a good pharmacist is like 🫡

I popped in this afternoon to pick up an Rx that needed to be from a pharmacy that could prepare a compound medicine, and received the best service. The cashier was efficient and kind, and the pharmacist who prepared my Rx walked around the counter and took the time to discuss the medication and even tips for best practices. The shop itself harkens back to an earlier time, with its narrow aisles and old-timey candy, and the whole process felt very small-town charming in the heart of D.C.

Excellent service with an old-school pharmacy vibe. They prepared my prescription in under 20 minutes while I shopped the narrow aisles. You can also wait in the office building lobby. As this is downtown, there is not great parking, but cannot hold that against this great pharmacy.

They are very professional with quick service. I was visiting DC from Texas when my medicine was stolen from my car.The pharmacist assisted with the prescription transfer and I had my meds in no time. Thank you!

We've gotten topnotch service from Tschiffely for years now. These guys are personable and treat my husband and me like valued customers. It's like a throwback to yesteryear, except it's here and now. Lucky us!

The customer service is fantastic! They really care about their customers and always think of best serving the interests of the customers. I was so impressed. The pharmacist is very professional and knowledgable. I need a compound and all the other pharmacies I went to either charge me a hell amount of money or cannot fill it. They did it with minimal cost to me. I certainly will recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I chose it also after I read very good reviews of it.

I wrote the above two years ago. I went recently and I highly recommended this. The pharmacist is the best I know. I don’t want to go to cvs anymore

This is the way all pharmacies should be. Very friendly staff. Prescription was prepared on time as promised. You can pay by phone and they'll even take it out to your car bc parking is hard to find. Staff will explain everything and make sure you understand all the information and your prescription. Highly recommend this place. Easy to reach by phone and they will actually take the time to answer all your questions and concerns.

I've been going to K Street and 19th street locations for numerous years. I have only had very positive experiences. All staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind/considerate. Definitely has a small town feel to how they treat their customers. I can't imagine ever going to another pharmacy.

The team at Tschiffely’s Pharmacy were a blessing to me today. My pain management doctor’s office (which I will reframe from mentioning here) was so unprofessional in responding my medication needs but Tschiffely helped me by contacting my physician several times that day about my pain medication prescription when my doctor’s office would NOT respond to me in a timely manner. I don't think I can say enough good things about the experiences I have had with Tschiffely's. Particularly when I compare the experience of going to the large corporate stores, like CVS. Over the past 5+ years, I have had a number of health issues - seen at least 20 different specialists, had so many diagnostic tests that I worry about the long-term impact of so many MRIs and CT scans, had brain surgery, and a litany of other attempts to get back to a "normal" life.

One of the single most FRUSTRATING things of these past years has been dealing with my health insurance providers, and while I get that they have spent more than 1/4 $M on me in the past year alone, the changes they try to implement have caused me headaches beyond belief.

In addition to being kind, non-judgmental, and incredibly knowledgeable, Steve in particular has been and is now someone I consider a key player on my healthcare team. He has made recommendations for medications to my equally kind and knowledgeable doctors - who were impressed with his suggestions. Additionally, he is a master at dealing with the insurance companies - he always seems to figure something out that will work with the ever-changing rules and restrictions they impose to save a buck.

The entire staff has also been just as kind and helpful. Please know that I truly appreciate it - and you have certainly gained a customer for life. I always try to remember to pick up anything I need while I am in the store.

I used to use CVS pharmacy before I stopped in for the first time last month.
Great Pharmacist with professional skills and Awesome customer service. Store has variety selection well organized display. It's way better than normal CVS. Recommend!!!!!!!!

Awesome small pharmacy with super helpful staff. I forgot how great it is to work with small businesses instead of the big chains. If this place was closer to my house or office I’d use it as my main pharmacy rather than just when I need to get something for my doctor’s appointments upstairs.

Convenient, and quick! Super friendly and they have 10¢ candy. Can't beat that felt like a kid at a candy store 😂💜
