I have worked with David Kazemba and Dusty when I found myself in a bad financial situation. I was embarassed, scared and didn't know what my options were. David was so kind and understanding and showed me not only what my options were, but also some insight on how I got there and how not to let myself get out of control again. This was two years ago and I am proud to say that I am debt-free and still using many of the tools that I learned from Overcast Law Offices. I worked with Rani Sampson regarding an incredibily distressing real estate issue. I am deeply unfamiliar with the interworkings of real estate and the legalities involved, and Rani did an excellent job not only reassuring me and making me feel that I was heard, but also explaining to me in easy to understand terms what my rights were and what the process would be. She answered all my questions and advised me in a timely fashion, in addition to helping me decide what the best course of action would be. No one answered phone but as for represention goes. Court appointed lawyer didn't even take the time to hear my side of case immediately presented me with a plea bargain which was a load of garbage.
