I love this shop. With the latest trends and fashion. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in until I left. To be honest I hadn't planned on shopping but the owner who was working at the time was so friendly I ended up buying a jacket and a pair of shoes. It's nice to see that there's still people who truly believe that customer friendlyness is the key to success.

I just recently won a raffle from New Yak City for the Hawaii Dunks. I was so happy & excited! I'm gonna wear them the day I swing by. Local place with an awesome vibe.

Great price on my Nike SBs. Shipped on time. I did an order where I had to request an invoice, which I've never had to do before, but I worked really well and was no issue. Will definitely order from this store again.

Ordered online because they had a super rare, discontinued t-shirt in stock which I had been looking for for MONTHS that I couldn't find anywhere else. It arrived to the UK within just two weeks- despite the Christmas period and UK postal strikes, and to top it off there were 0 customs charges. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering from here again

Nice place, I'd been meaning to stop in for quite some time. Popped in and checked out the shoes, they didn't have the type I came in looking for, but after explaining how the store was laid out I was able to quickly select an alternate pair of awesome shoes. Also had some stickers thrown in the bag which is awesome too! I'll be headed back here next payday, now that I know what's inside.

Stellar local shop! Ordered a new skateboard setup online and it was ready in minutes. The staff were helpful in getting the board set up quickly. It’s a beautiful store with tons of custom merch and accessories. This place is a gem!

New yak city and the store's owner are awesome. I live down in portland and Last year I was planning a trip to Colorado to do some riding. Last minute I decided I wanted a new board. so I looked in town and couldn't find what i wanted. I turned to the Internet thinking it was a lost cause because of how soon I had to jump on a plane. I found new yak city online and they had the exact board I was looking for so I called them up. The owner and I talked about my situation and time crunch. He wasn't sure that UPS could get it down to me in time so he volunteered to drive it down to me! I was way impressed! The trip was amazing. I'm sure it wouldn't have been nearly as good without the new ride and help from new yak city! Go check out their store or website and spend all your money!

I live in Lynnwood and made it a point to swing through the shop on our way back from our Moab road trip! I've ordered from NYC online before, but going in to the shop and chatting with the crew was way better n copped this new *Dead Or Alive* shop tee! 💯 Will go back any time I'm passing through Yakima! 🙏🏽

best little skate gear and locally run and operated skate board and gear 8n town. hats skate brands u cant find amnywhere else in town and amazing pkace to find gifts and most authentic hats and fitted fresh styles and of course skate boards and wheels etc for all ur skate board and style requirements u cant find in yakima anywhere. freindly and helpful service from yakimas skateboard and shop experts.
