I am an immigrant. I am old and do not speak English. I often come to this library for help with problems I encounter in life. The staff are enthusiastic and try their best to solve problems for me, consult with me, and help me solve my troubles in life. I am very grateful that they are caring and helpful. Here I would like to tell my friends who are new immigrants to the United States that if they have questions about cultural life, they can come to this library for help.

I do think this library is very good! Good air conditioning, has enough space for everyone to sit and read. Even the police visit it often to make sure it’s safe.

I would like to thank publicly April at the library. I loss my sister and was having a very bad day trying to navigate outside of my home conducting much needed business. While there I was experiencing some challenges and became overcome with grief. She was so kind and understanding. I was able to go straight home and regroup for the next field trip out of my home. I canceled any other appointments.

I loved the open, bright, airy design of the building. Study rooms are spacious and easy to reserve (no need for a library card -at least when booking in person). Impressive variety of books given the library is on the smaller side. Helpful and friendly staff. When I went it was noisy and the restrooms weren't clean. That said I enjoyed my visit and will be back!

Lovely library with a welcoming and involved kids section. Great programming for children, from infant/toddlers on up, but it's in such high demand that events are ticketed (free, but you have to arrive at least an hour in advance-- hard to do with little ones!).

This library has been extremely helpful during COVID and afterwards. It filled in the gaps for information that I needed to fax, copy and send off to survive after the loss of my husband to COVID. My system crashed at home.

You can find what you are looking for. The librarian was very helpful. This library is clean, nice atmosphere, and a quiet place to study; one can concentrate and get things accomplished.
Thank you.

Great events and books for kids, though story times can get a little cutthroat between parents. Not the best book selection for adults but you can always get them to ship in a hold from another branch.

Great help if you need a library to be a library. I just needed to print something and called ahead to make sure I could. When I arrived they were very helpful even though they were experiencing trouble with their new system.

It's a great space for meetings. Parking is limited around the Library but it is just a few steps from the Shaw metro station.
