Been living here for over a year. Amazing apartment complex compared to others i've seen. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of moving into a new apartment complex!

I really enjoy living at the lodge. I have had a great experience especially with the maintenance staff. They are extremely helpful and efficient. They are also kind and explain things to me very well when I’m looking for answers.

My daughter and I needed a temporary place to stay for 6 months as we were waiting for a place to be built, I am not an apartment person by any means but my experience here was beyond satisfied... especially with the staff, specifically Charlene!!!.. she was a tremendous help and always there for anything that was needed, very easy to communicate with anyone in the office, the property is always kept up every day by the staff, it's very clean everywhere, its refreshing to see pride taken in keeping it that way!

If anything was ever wrong with the apartment it was typically taken care of the same day, I'm not sure there's anywhere around that's a better community for apartment living, it's more like being at a resort, there's lots of activities at the lodge provides around the holidays the Amazon lockers are great , very happy with my experience here and everyone involved...I would highly recommend it to anybody moving to the area and needing a place to live!

Been extremely happy with the community and staff. They were so helpful and welcoming during the leasing whole process. I love the community events, the fitness center has top notch equipment and the rec centers are amazing. Feels like a long term stay at a fancy resort. Totally feels like home and look forward to being here for a very long time.

Great friendly, professional, and transparent office staff. Kaylee was a blessing to have for our pre-application/paperwork. She kept her word and was fair with the pro-rated process. Went above and beyond to help us with the limited time needed to get approved and get moved in. The maintenance crew that works outside around the property is the best I have experienced vs other rental properties. They're out working from early morning until 5/6 pm sometimes later every day making sure this property is kept up and looking nice. Salute from a Veteran to them. I have never witnessed such a great team work together to make such a great welcoming living community. I was not endorsed, paid, or asked to make this review. I stand behind my opinions and my experiences with The Lodge Apartments so far being a trail side resident here for 3 months.

The property is always well kept and you can tell that everyone that works here really cares about the people that live here and take pride in this property. The maintenance team always has a great attitude and Joe goes the extra mile whenever possible. I will always recommend these apartments whenever I hear of someone looking for a place to call home.

I’ve lived at The Lodge Apartment’s in Marysville just over six months now. I’ve been itching to write this review since my first interactions with the staff here because of the truly exceptional experiences I’ve had since day one. But… I thought it would be more helpful to future residents if I were to hold off on my review for awhile to better assess just how consistent The Lodge’s staff were when addressing my needs or maintenance requests. I figured I also needed some time here before I could get a feel for the community and how they interacted with it.
Here I am, six months later and eager to write this review. Let me just say, I’ve never been more impressed with the degree of knowledge, professionalism, preparedness & attention to detail by any other property management company and on site management crew, as I have been, here, at The Lodge Apartment’s. It’s obvious to me that the working relationship between the Property Management Company and Apartment Staff is one of respect and appreciation and it shows on the faces of The Lodge employees. They all seem to enjoy what they do and give The Lodge that sense of community that so many larger complexes lack.

The apartments at The Lodge are newer, bright & spacious with full size front loading washers & dryers, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet for the Master Bed & bathrooms with double sinks & tons of counter space & storage. The grounds are well maintained, the pools are kept clean & there are plenty of dog parks for the dog owners out there.

I’ve lived as far south as Auburn & as far north as here, at The Lodge in Marysville & after 24 years & a span of 70 miles, I can finally say I feel like I’m home.

To all the staff at The Lodge, you have much to be proud of. You’re truly the best of the best. Thank you!

Just moved out of here recently due to a job change and the apartments that I moved into showed me just how much of another level that The Lodge Apartments are at. The people that manage and maintain that complex were wonderful and friendly and they have such a high standard for their complex! My new apartment makes me want to move back and make the 60 mile drive to work everyday. I sure miss living there.

Gorgeous apartments! Visited my brother at his new apartment and was blown away at the spacious layout, beautiful high ceiling and big windows. Grounds are super-clean and the maintenance staff was visibly keeping it up.
If I ever decide to move out of Issaquah, I may be moving in next door to him. Hope he doesn't mind!

The property at The Lodge Apts is always clean and well maintained. The club house is great for family gatherings,BBQS or other and the pool is always fun and well cared for. Ive had nothing but positive interactions with the management and the maintenance crews are positive,friendly and top notch at their jobs!

Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Charlene is a GEM, she helped us through the entire process and even before getting the apartment. She answered all of our questions and always responded when needed. The apartments are spacious and so homey. So far our experience with The Lodge has been wonderful!

Kylie has a very welcoming over-the-phone presence and seemed to be knowledgeable on pricing and possible accommodations. I appreciated the help in my apartment hunting process, and will definitely consider The Lodge as a top contender.

The Lodge staff spent an entire day cooking and hosted an early thanksgiving dinner for all the residents! It was excellent! The staff brought the whole community together along with the local police!

The staff at the lodge apartments are very kind, especially Charlene. She is very kind and helpful, she showed me all the amenities and let my little ones play on the playground while we were touring the area.

Since I applied to stay here Mrs. Charlene has been a great person. She worked with me knowing that me and my fiancé are both in the military. Now that I have been living here for about 2 weeks it has been great, the community is great and the leasing managers are too.

I am happy to call The Lodge Apartments my home. The apartments are beautiful, private, and spacious. On any given day you will see a gardening staff or matenince working on the trash and property to keep it clean and beautiful I love walking my dog around the pet friendly, property that has several stocked pet stations and a dog park. The staff are the most amazing people who are respectful and do everything in their power to make living at the lodge the greatest experience.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and have had a great experience! Maintenance is always taken care of very quickly and professionally! Gary is a very nice, courteous and knowledgeable maintenance man and we really appreciate his work! The staff here at the Lodge are very very good!!

Update for today, June 28, 2023: We have great maintenance people here!! Eamon is great with all of his help and he is so friendly!! It’s just so great to have a wonderful place to call home with such a wonderful staff!! Thank You Eamon for your professionalism and kindness!

We have lived here for 2 years now and love it! We moved in with 2 kids and have 3 now, so now we are hoping to move on to a 3 bedroom. The managers are so nice and understanding. We hit a rough patch financially, recovering from quarantine last year, and they patiently worked with us until we were caught up. And the maintenance people are always on top of everything. The community is very clean and well taken care of. I love the amenities. We use the gym, walking trails, basketball court, dog park and pool in the summer time. It's nice to not have to go far to have a fun family day or work out. I only wish there was more parking!

Had such a great experience getting our new home leased here. Everyone is super friendly, the amenities are amazing, and the location is prime. Thank you Kylie for helping us find the perfect home!
