Everyone was polite and helpful seen right away I didn't have to wait long after when my appointment

I see these ppl sometimes three times a week. My whole family goes here.. love the doctor and they hold parental classes and therapy as well..
Plus a on site pharmacy as well

I REALLY like my doctor, Dr. Randy Robbins! He truly cares for my well being, I feel, which is something I normally don't feel from doctors. He has helped me immensely with several things. I feel bad because I'm a difficult (I'm emotional and tend to misunderstand things) patient with TONS of health problems but he's so nice to me, and asks questions that other doctors never have asked me. He helped me with my back and legs and let me tell you, the gabapentin and other medicine I got have given me SO MUCH RELIEF from my pain it made me cry because I realized just how much pain I was really in... I can bathe myself and i dont get woken up from so much pain that causes me to throw up too!!! I can sleep more than 1 or 2 hours a night, and I'm so SO incredibly thankful. That gabapentin helped my legs SO immensely! 😭 THANK YOU DOCTOR RANDY ROBBINS!! if you go to this clinic I HIGHLY recommend this doctor, 10/10! He refers me to where I need and does so promptly. I'm glad I finally found a doctor that cares and helps me with EVERY THING I HAVE NEEDED HIS HELP WITH! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I wouldn't be sober if it wasn't for the people working here in the suboxone opioid treatment dept. They are awesome. This clinic has everything a person needs all in one clinic.. physical ,emotional, all areas are covered here.

I have been having trouble getting my medical insurance straightened out for the last few months. Laura Hernandez B. (Enrollment Supervisor) from the Omak center has been INCREDIBLY helpful and very caring! She has done all she was able to do to help my family get our coverage (I'm also 32 weeks pregnant) re-established. Today 10/14/2019 she lifted SO much stress off my shoulders by revealing to me that she was able to work her magic and get it all squared away!!! She is a blessing and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves; she serves All her people like this and cares for each of us, I am grateful to have had her help!

I am very pleased with the Family Health Center in Omak. Dr. Emily Miller and her nurse, Jennifer have been very attentive and caring about my family's needs. Moreover, all employees are polite and professional. I used to go to Confluence, but I switched to FHC because the staff is more polite and attentive. It is not difficult to schedule timely appointments at FHC, as that was my major issue at Confluence, and Dr. Miller and her staff have shown more interest in my family's needs.

I've been extremely happy with my current provider. The Tonasket, WA. center works great for me a Veteran. One individual stands out there and that's Josh. He's gone above and beyond consistently, FHC is lucky to have such a person.

Family health center has some of the better care you'll find in omak. The doctors and care team are always on top of your situation. They have helped me more than I've come to expect with healthcare systems of today. I have nothing negative to say about it at all.

Love this clinic. Employees are always nice and reassuring! They have a naturopath dr. if you are into natural alternative who is very knowledgeable. The dr.'s are very informative, helpful and listen well addressing any and all concerns.

I can nearly always get in to see a provider within 24 hours, the pharmacy is fast and I LOVE their prescription mailing feature!

I've been going here for quite awhile, and the staff is very friendly +helpful. Never had any bad experiences, and they are understanding.

Dr Randy is awesome, my husband enjoys going for a check up with him. And the nurses are friendly and very professional

Good place to go doctors actually try to listen to you better make sure you have insurance when you go to these places but it's a good place to go you will get through once you have an issue they will take a look at you
