I bought a tent that was wind resistant. It didn't make our wind storm. Traded up to another tent. This didn't make it through the wind storm either. We were able to receive our money back. Now we know they are rated for 35 mph.

Customer service here gets an A+. Prices are reasonable. Quality is great. I was sad they don't have fitting rooms but, even that was ok.
