The track team stayed here for finals, and the hotel set out a nice snack station for the kids.

Staying here for an extended stay and the staff is polite just a bit strict about their rules which is good. Have had one maintenance issue with fridge but otherwise great place.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Stephanie and Kelly, one of the managers. When I encountered a small hiccup with my reservation, Kelly promptly and efficiently resolved the issue, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Stephanie, who checked me in, was an absolute delight. Her professionalism, cheerfulness, and politeness made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

Another notable feature of this hotel is its spacious parking area in the basement. It's a relief to have a secure and convenient parking option, eliminating the need to search for street parking.

The location is beautiful. The parking was a little confusing but the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely do again. The last time we stayed our room was perfect and they had live music by the water that was excellent. Lots of stuff to do in the surrounding area and the connection to the park was great for a nice walk. Highly recommended.

Last minute place we booked.. lol it was very beautiful and clean from the outside, because it was after hours all doors were locked, which I liked because now a days you never know. Quick check in very friendly, had a hiccup but he fixed it fast and I say it took less than 10 min to check me in. Very clean inside as well. They have a little store you can buy snacks, beer, soups, etc. The one issue I did have was the parking, it was in a secured garage (which i loved), you needed your room key to access it. But super small, if you drive a truck your looking at taking two spots. Very narrow, just odd. Other than that.. the elevator didn't smell lol, the room was pretty big, spacious two queens. Clean and smelled good.. I think you can tell by the smells what kind of hotel you're in. Lol maybe it's just me. If it smells bad, the room... ill ask for another or just find another one. I'm not a picky person, or a complainer, I'm sure you know what smells shouldn't be in your room. We did go swimming, one thing is a little kid was eating a muffin in the hot tub.. when he saw us he dropped half of it in the hot tub🤯and ran out. It was very clean other than that. It course, check out was fast. Yes, I'll definitely stay there again.

Easily one of my favorite hotels I’ve visited while traveling Washington on work. It’s clean, comfy, the staff goes above and beyond (like printing my last minute 200 page presentation document), and it’s in a great location with lots of food options nearby.

My only digs are minor - parking is $10 and the building is laid out bizarrely around the elevators. Really, it’s nothing.

Easy to recommend this spot - it’s truly that “Hilton quality” people rave about.

This is one of my favorite HGI locations and we stay there almost any time we're in Yakima. Perfect spot in town, friendly staff, and great rooms. It's also pet friendly!

I threw a 60th birthday in the cascade ballroom, this was the most amazing experience. Dena was truly amazing helping plan this event from start to finish. The staff that served us was some of the most kindest wonderful people ever. I was so truly blessed and happy with everything. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Everything from our entire weekend was just amazing. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for State Volleyball. The check in was easy, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was ample parking for school busses north of the hotel. They only had one working elevator which made waiting times a bit more lengthy but that didn't take away from the enjoyable stay. The proximity of the hotel made for easy walking distances to eateries and shopping.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for Hop harvest or Hop & Brew school. Close to tons of beautiful hop farms (my favorites were CLS and Morrier Farms; both women owned and beautifully taken care of).

We traveled from Portland, OR to Yakima, WA to attend a performance at the Capitol Theater. The hotel was within walking distance of the theater and easy to navigate off the freeway.

The convenience of checking in/out with the app was very nice. The digital key was great! The room was spacious enough and very clean. The beds were comfy and the oversized club chair was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is by far the best in Yakima from my experience. Beautiful building, pretty downtown location, and the room was awesome. Sparkly clean. Water bottles in fridge. Smelled clean (which is too much to ask from certain other hotels in the area I suppose). Breakfast was great, but not free. $10 for parking. I'd stay here every time if I could.

I had a very nice visit thanks to Mark who worked at the front desk. I had lots of questions during my visit and he was always friendly and helpful. He was very professional and gave me good advice when it came to places to visit and eat. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Two of the pillows on my bed were very, very thin though.

Room service food was fair. But the night staff were wonderful. There was a lady working at the desk that went above and beyond when I asked if someone could walk me out to my car. It was early morning, dark and I was concerned for my safety. She kindly got a nice gentleman who also worked there to accompany me. I wish I could remember her name. But it was around Nov 9th. Very nice and meant a lot to me. I stayed a few days there and each morning I left for work, she always kindly greeted me. Also, the housekeeping kept my room perfect, each time I returned it was made up like the first day I got there

Really pleased. The staff were all great. One offered to princess carry me over the threshold of the room. This was after a/c unit snafu. We were quickly moved and given breakfast vouchers as an apology (which was super nice of them). Hotel was quiet, clean, And decorated nicely. Would stay at again.
