Idaho City Hotel

The management of the Idaho City Hotel are exactly what you would hope to have when staying at a place you’ve never been. Helpful, friendly, and down to earth folks that you can sit around a fire and just talk life with. Furthermore, the hotel was in great shape and has more of a home feel to it than any hotel I have ever visited.

Absolutely loved this place. Got in after 9 and the property managers were still around to assist with anything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated and also quite nice. Perfect location, right in the heart of Idaho city. Ample parking, and a nice community kitchen to heat up food and make tea/coffee. Several very nice and thoughtful touches, would definitely stay here again.

You will not find better people that run this hotel. Came all the way from Indiana and they’ve been nothing but amazing to us. Nice little cozy rooms with great history. Highly recommend.

The bed was so comfortable with cozy sheets and blankets. The room was very clean. I was there with friends and we really enjoyed the lounge area.

Managers very accommodating and helpful as well as very pleasant. I came up to go Elk Hunting and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfect….clean and comfortable. It snowed heavily and it was very cold….a warm shower, a warm room and a comfortable bed couldn’t be better. The Idaho City Hotel is a wonderful 100 year old hotel in a community with an amazing history. The managers Tara and Rob provide the perfect atmosphere when visiting this historic community. Check in and stay awhile, you won’t regret it. Tom

This is an old historic hotel... It's been years since I've stayed in the rooms and I hear they are better than they used to be, but I appreciate how community-supportive this business is. They made great Chili for the Idaho City Chili Cookoff last March! They also have 🏕 tent camping in the back with a Campfire pit.

Idaho City Hotel is nestled in the quiet town and convenient to the grocery store, gas station and several restaurants. The host is very attentive. We enjoy the hot shower with excellent water pressure.

I love idaho city! By far my fav get away spot. This hotel is so cute! Very clean and we'll kept!we were the only ones for the night and it was nice and quiet! Rob was so nice and professional! We will be coming back for sure! Thanks for having such a great welcoming place for people to just get away!

Absolutely love this little hotel! The place was remodeled recently and with all new beds and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. Walking distance from anywhere in town. We really enjoyed our stay.

A quaint little rustic hotel from a bygone era. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a world away from Boise then stay here. The staff was pleasant and inviting. There is WiFi and TV but the lack of excessive modern amenities is what I enjoyed most. Oh, and go to Trudy’s for breakfast!

Annual Idaho City Chili Cook-off was quickly approaching, so after reading the fine reviews for Idaho City Hotel, I called Cinda.
Call it luck -- one remaining room to be had!
Nicely located, quiet, comfortable, clean...the hospitality provided by Cinda was very much appreciated.
It's the sort of place that beckons you back!

We ended up coming to this hotel.cuase it was bad time to go hiking.but it was alright because we had nice warm hotel room with a good shower and bed

The Idaho City Hotel is awesome. My wife and I have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and cozy and Cinda was so nice to us and really went above and beyond to make our weekend getaway memorable. Thank you!

Very comfortable rooms, newly remodeled, great linens, shower/bathroom was very great. Highly recommended will stay here again.

A very quaint hotel with some rich history. They have games in the lobby for when things quiet down at night. Lots of things nearby and an all around excellent stay.
