Diamond Lil's Museum, Steakhouse & Saloon

Super friendly, attentive and on point! Stopped in on a whim while out exploring and so glad I did. The experience was absolutely wonderful! Old west ambiance with historical photos and items adorned the establishment from floor to ceiling. I was told the establishment had been there for 50-something years and now I know why! The servers and bartenders attention to detail, friendliness and just overall welcoming vibe is refreshing to say the least. The kitchen knows their way around the grill as well. I enjoyed one of the best burgers I’ve had…ever. Not over cooked and robust with flavor and let’s not forget to mention the hand-cut home fries. They are to die for! I also enjoyed a porter that was outstanding! Thanks for going above and beyond, making this southern gal feel welcome and at home from go! You guys ROCK! We will most definitely be back!

Prime rib was off the hook - I’d recommend mashed potatoes and and super favorable gravy over fries (fries greasy). They also had some beers on tap and a decent red wine. Love that this place hasn’t changed in the 10 plus years since.

Went to see the town and found this cute Saloon. Soooooo many things to look at. Make time to check it out. I had a delicious patty melt and a nice cold beer while checking out the history. I will go again!!!

Great little local place to stop for a drink and bite to eat. We had homemade crab ragoons, they were the BEST I have ever eaten. Light and flakey outside, creamy delicious inside. Food is all homemade. Eclectic inside. Definitely worth it to stop in. Nice choices of local draft beer too.

Always amazing to take the family here. Great bean dip, fantastic rangoons, the prime rib is ✨ phenomenal ✨. They have the cutest metal high chair that I'm sure has fed a lot of littles passing through. Holly and her staff, waitresses and cooks, make your experience great.

I wish I could have spent more time reading and looking at all the memorabilia on the walls and ceiling. There’s so much!

I hear it’s to die for. We didn’t get to experience it but next time we’re in town we will for sure!

Best Bloody Mary in all of Idaho. It is spicy and has a great thickness to it. This place can get rowdy so make sure and bring your ID or you will not be served. Funky interior and patrons from in-town and a far.

Great late lunch stop while out riding side by sides around Idaho City. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the food was great!

Great beer bar. Great ambiance. Really nice people work there. Wife had a bacon cheese, blueberry sandwich. Really really good. Don't walk by without stopping in!!!

This is one of the most amazing small town bars you can find. Went in on a Saturday and had a great chat with the owners while sitting at the bar. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was about 3x the size I was expecting and delicious to boot! I ate the whole thing! I definitely recommend checking this place out! It's only an hour away from Boise and worth the trip!

I've been coming here for as long as my memory serves me. The service is always helpful, friendly, and honest. Drinks are cheap, food is generous, satisfying, and perfect for the atmosphere. The bathrooms are a hoot, the ceiling of bills and walls covered in history provide conversation fodder and endless entertainment. If you don't enjoy yourself, it's probably a personal problem... I've never had a bad moment here, and will continue to be a patron until it's impossible.

Good food and great atmosphere. A lot of really cool things to look at with there museum collection if you don't want to eat but wanted to see a lot of interesting history including many news papers from historic events in the last half century.

Awesome prime rib. The museum is fantastic. Been there a dozen times and still find things I haven't seen yet.

stopped by after the chili cook off. The place was jam packed as expected after the big event but the staff was running around and making sure people were getting their orders. Food was nothing extraordinary, typical bar food. worth as stop by and experience the nostalgia of a old time bar.

Absolutely perfect experience. Took a sxs ride from emmett to idaho city for lunch. Gave them a call before we left as a heads up and they had a room completely set up for 20 people when we arrived. They actually were able to serve us all at once which was a significant task and not expected.. this is a must visit place when in idaho city..

Whoa! What a place! Smoking inside is not great in my opinion, but maybe great for smokers. The 1/2 lb The works burger was intense. Hand cut fries were great. Don't bother with the wings (Small)
