I love the staff here. I bring stacks of packages daily/weekly and they have never complained and are always friendly/helpful. I’ve felt bad bringing so much, so often, when they’re slammed, yet they remain professional and friendly. Thank you! This UPS is so helpful for small business owners.

Most of the time they are good. Avoid them at the holidays. Use pirate ship if you can pack your own stuff. Late December the line is long and the piles are high,but the staff is still friendly. Even though you're in hell...

I meant to post this last week. I’ve always had great service here but this particular interaction was exceptional. Kyndel was the only one working at the time and she was BUSY! She was dealing with multiple customers in the store, trying to help resolve a few issues, acknowledging everyone and thanking them for their patience. Did I mention she was also manning the phone. What impressed me the most was the service she was providing and doing it with a smile. Thanks for making my day and I hope everyone was as kind to you.

Went in the other day to get a paper notarized a gal named Kyndel was there she had the best attitude ive received in a long time. She knew nothing about my situation going on and went above and beyond what I was expecting this girl is an amazing employee and absolutely a better person. I never write reviews but she deserves one for herself and her company. Great job UPS!!!

Some old guy next to me was behaving in an intolerable manner yet the lady that he was belittling handled it very professionally. Although I think people with name badges should be allowed to defend themselves. This employee took the toxic criticism and continued to help the helpless man.

Staff were super helpful. They help me out when they could’ve just told me to come back later. I would give them 11 stars if possible.

This store is awesome! I think it’s unfortunate that people are leaving low star reviews on this STORE because they are unhappy for a UPS experience. Employees here always seem to be happy, ready to help, and smiling.

I love these guys. They'll keep your box info private, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, and Ling might even teach you some Mandarin. I feel like they're my very own office staff sometimes. They'll email me when important packages show up and I can print there in a pinch. Well worth the annual box rate.

As soon as I entered the store they attended me and it was fast.

I came in to drop off some luggage that I was sending through another shipping company that contracts UPS on April 2, 2019. Maribell and Kendall were patient and professional, helping me to figure out some complex shipping labels with no stress at all. Thank you!!

I've used this location many many times from personal to business. I started using them when they were in their old location as a matter of fact. They have always been personable and professional. I will always use them for my shipping needs.

I use them at least once a week joel and the crew go abouve and beyond to get your package to the destination in a timely manner !!!
