Such a tasty steak taco! This place is expensive but definitely worth it! Must-go in Santa Fe!

Been to this restaurant once years ago! I was so exited to go back because I enjoyed their food a lot. Delicious breakfast burritos . Read reviews about the prices being too high! It’s worth it.

Went here for breakfast, and so glad that I did! I had a breakfast burrito with bacon and jalapenos. Everything was fresh and delicious! Couple that with fast, friendly service and it's a win!

This place is #1 for my family… The place is great and very clean. The staff is very friendly and my order is perfect. The food tastes exquisite and spicy. I have honestly eaten at other places and the food tastes more like chili. But El Parasol all the food is delicious and the hamburgers are delicious.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the better fast casual meals I’ve ever had. I apparently don’t have a pictures of our tacos but I will share my one year old housing rice and beans. all the tacos and salsas were excellent and spiced perfectly. It’s a shame my husband doesn’t like avocado because the chicken was so tender. A great spot!

We eat at El Parasol about once a week. Best casual New Mexican restaurant in town and our favorite location is the one on Dinosaur Trail. Carne Guisada and Carne Adovada burritos are the best. You can’t beat the chicken tacos with guacamole!

El Parasol serves outstanding New Mexican food without the pretense and expense of the more “popular” restaurants in Santa Fe. The tacos are prepared in the traditional way with freshly made taco shells. The pork and guacamole burrito I just ate was full of both in a delicious flour tortilla. Excellent quality and value.

First time here & Everything about this place was amazing! From the staff service, to the delicious chips & salsa too the steak & chicharrones burritos. A Must try! We will definitely be back to try more.😋. Sadly, Didn’t get a picture of our good burritos but got my chips/salsa.

Best place on the south side of town for a breakfast burrito! Service is great, place is always clean and the food is wonderful! Thank you!

This was not as busy as the other locations. Great spot hidden away. Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and fast. Stop by and have some tacos

My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to eat here based on reviews. I'm so glad we did! Their food is the most flavorful New Mexican food I have had, and I live in ABQ. The rice was the tastiest. The shredded beef tacos were amazing! The cookies were the best we've had and baked that morning. We will be driving the distance to eat there again.
The service was also great.
They close fairly early, so don't wait too long before heading over.

Friendly staff, nice location, and great food!!! Horchata was fantastic as well! I got the beef and chicken taco combination plate pictured here plus delicious chips! Highly recommend!

I usually go to the Dinosaur Trail El Parasol. The food is always great and the employees are so nice and friendly.

If you are in the area or looking at this review go now and get some food, you will be happy you quit scrolling and went to eat.
The food was fast but mostly it was delicious and really hot the spot. I had a tasty for breakfast burrito so I got a chorizo Christmas and a sausage Christmas. But we're amazing with just the right bite.

Super great New Mexican take out. An institution. Always solid. Great salsas

This is the 5th El Parasol we have tried. The tacos are fried to perfection. The bean burrito with red sauce hit the spot. We think the red chili was a tiny bit spicier here than we remembered elsewhere. The restaurant has a bit fancier decor than the other locations. LOVE the food can’t wait for our next trip to New Mexico.
