McPherson Square

Top notch park / installation ... the "lawn ornaments" are a great commentary on what's wrong with this country.

A great place to watch people including one inspiring police from five (5) plus squad cars and later a Fire Dept. ambulance too! There always seemed to be lots of activity every time we visited when heading out from our nearby hotel. Even Google's pictures appear to be showing some sort of demonstration

Nice but if you can't visit, don't come back just to be here...

Park has been cleared out, and cleaned up, grass is green and the whole park is unrecognizable! It just recently opened back up.
Some highly trafficked bus lines meet here, and there is also a metro station on this corner, so it is always busy with commuters.

I pray 4 all my homeless brothers and sisters dat hang down here! Well I tale it dat they have relocated cause not many of them b down here any more it's limited now.

Nice park if you can get past the smell of urine and homeless people

McPherson is once again a tranquil and beautiful enclave in the heart of the District. ALL the "yard art" has been forcefully removed. The new Mayor is doing a great job cleaning up our Nations' Capitol!!!

Have been living in Washington DC for about 6 months. First time there.

Thankfully homeless people have a safe haven here in this city. Surely this small patch of grass can be sacrificed for someone who wouldn't ordinarily have a safe place to sleep.

Great spot to enjoy some outside time in DC. I saw a two pair of Mallard ducks here. Also there are black squirrels. Don't be intimidated by the homeless folk they are just trying to get by. Just a few steps away from the McPherson square metro stop too.

Great place to chill or meet a large group for a rally/march. Only blocks away from Black Lives Matter Plaza!

I believe they're building the park to be a better place for people to sit and communicate and eat

This stop.is always staffed with knowledgeable Managers and employees to direct you tonthe proper train as well as how to get to areas not serviced by metro

It's 2 blocks away from the white house. Several restaurants in the area. Very nice.

It's nice and clean along with its new look.

If you don't mind sharing with numerous homeless and I don't. Awesome spot to people watch.
