Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites

Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast had lots of variety. The pool had a peculiar viscosity to it, but was refreshing, so was the hot tub. Enjoying having access to a workout facility.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to overnight when visiting your kids who are college students.

Clean room. A bit on the pricey side (~180-190$), but I chose it largely for being right off the highway and because it has a hot tub and breakfast included. They left the lights off in the pool room, only leaving the underwater lights on, giving it a relaxing atmosphere.

First off I want to say the guy in The breakfast room was amazing. he helped me and my family out so much. But only reason why he helped us out so much because the lady at the front desk was no were to be found. Once she was found and come to help me she was sweating profusely and having strange moments with her arm's and was talking really fast. The reason I need help was because our toilet started to overflowing and went everywhere. When I asked for help the front desk lady told me I had to wait for maintenance. Then the guy in the breakfast room said he would help us out he came up and helped us out I really appreciated it. But I am not pleased with the desk staff something needs to be done with that rude lady at the desk I think she my on something why else would she be gone from the desk and then come back sweating profusely and having weird movements with her arm's or she could of been having to much with someone else behind the closed doors

A very clean and well equipped hotel. Quiet and affordable hotel with friendly and helpful staff ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a pool and hot tub you can sit back and relax and shed the stress of the day. The fitness room has an elliptical machine, a bicycle, treadmill and weight training machine. Rooms have coffee machines and refrigerators.

The Manager Jennifer was Awesome! Super friendly and very accommodating. As well as Tasha ...had a great stay!!!

The rooms are good quality and you’ll be comfortable here. Breakfast is served hot and ready. The pancake machine was down when we came, but the breakfast was still great! The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool is indoors with a hot tub as well. It’s worth your buck to stay here!

Our room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good- eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, plus juices, cereals etc. Location - no views as this is right off the highway but it it was handy to get where we needed to.go. Nice people.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful front desk guy. Very clean and quiet.

I was lucky enough to get to stay there for 2 weeks. My work took me there. The staff was very friendly the whole time that I was there. The room was very clean except for a couple of things. My top cover had some makeup on it. But I didn't use that anyway. At the bottom of the mirror was a thing of tape and in the shower there was a wrapper on top of the tile. Not anything big. The rest of the room was great. I would recommend a better shower head. My stay there was great and I will be going back. I was very impressed with the staff and for how nice they were every day.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Definitely in the top 3 of Best Western I've stayed at! Bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was clean and fresh; had all the amenities one would want in a room (fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, soaps, etc). They had an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness room, and a guest laundry room.

The complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in any hotel. A decent variety and everything I tried tasted great. They even served 4 different kinds of Boyd's coffee, which is an Oregon based company, so that was pretty cool.

The employees were all very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in La Grande.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. It even had a Keurig coffee maker! The complimentary breakfast was waaaaaaay better than most we had at other hotels. Cheese omelettes, bacon, and so much more!

I appreciate the politeness of Michael at the front desk. He is always respectful & considerate when I visit this Best Western site. Even when other customers are rude & demanding, he kept a calm demeanor.
When I requested a late checkout due to work meetings, he did his best to accommodate, also letting me know I should verify with the front desk the same morning as I plan to check out late.

This hotel has always had a friendly atmosphere. I know the employees and they know me. I am not always in eastern Oregon much, but when I have work in Baker City, I will always stay in this motel because of the hospitality and cleanliness of the the place. I am a property/ Casualty Inspector and I see a lot of places. This location is one of the best around.

Perfect stay. Precautions were taken by the hotel to make sure my stay was safe and enjoyable. A plexi glass barrier is featured at the front desk. Breakfast included juice, muffin and fruit. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommended and will be sure to choose Best Western on my next trip to La Grande, Oregon.

This was my first stay at this property. Very clean, spacious and friendly. Hot soup and crackers reception was real nice. Semi truck parking is available which is a plus for me. I left too early to enjoy the breakfast, but I’m guessing it is very nice as well. I will stay here again

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting La Grande. From the moment you walk into the lobby the employees are courteous and welcoming. The building is inviting and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I always enjoy a dip in the pristine pool sometimes followed by a soaked in the hot tub. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast is always fresh and filling.

This was an absolutely wonderful accidental discovery for us. Clean rooms, comfortable place , friendly people nd an amazing spread for breakfast, which was included. There was even truck parking. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay again. The price was reasonable. There were several places to get food within easy walking distance, a long list of places that would deliver to the hotel, a place to get beer just across the street. AHHHH.....what a nice break from the road this was.

Nice clean. But no luggage carriers because of Covid. Pool closed due to Covid . Acceptable for a one night stay. No people hanging out in parking lot. Michael was helpful. Also left an item. Was told by one person how to handle it and told to call back in the AM to speak to Christi. When I called she was very upset that Michael told me the info incorrectly I guess. Probably never get my item. Seems each hotel should make sure their clients get their items back.
