For the last 12 years I’ve owned my own businesses and company vehicles and always had trouble with previous insurance agents and companies. Whether the agent does not respond when I need them or the company itself gives me the run arounds of helping me and it would frustrate me. Then I came across an angel in disguise, Blandy from L.A. Insurance. Let me tell you how much this lady has made my life stress free. I literally switched my business insurance, my car insurance, my home insurance and life insurance. All was taking care of through one phone call. The thing I loved most about L.A. Insurance, I made one phone call gave Blandy my info and she called me back a few days later with a policy for all the above I mentioned. She took care of all my policies and made sure I had the best of the best while paying a lot less. Even if she was a little more expensive which she isn’t, I would have stayed because the experience was AMAZING. Blandy not only became my insurance agent but she became my friend. I had all my family switch over with her and they are all satisfied. I am not benefiting anything from this review other then sharing it with the world. This is the most unprofessional place ever aside for being closed 90 percent of the time the new lady in charge is so rude and disrespectful. We had insurance with them for 4 years we immediately change insurance due to the change of owner, unprofessional customer service and over charges.

Closed at 4:30pm, not good 🤨
